I ordered a 10$ dinner box and the toppings i ordered had been done exactly backwards of how i ordered. When i called to have the problem resolved i was met with nothing but hostility and resentment, when i told the manager the order was wrong she insisted it was right and told me I was not getting a refund. Naturally, i went to Pizza Hut to show her that indeed she had mistakenly mixed up my order. When I got there I asked a worker to get the Manager, they told me they would not give me a different order. When the Manager came she did not look at the Pizza, or receipt. Told me i was wrong, i would not get a refund and that she was calling the cops for "Trespassing". Ive never been harassed by a local establishment more than my local Port Orange Pizza Hut, all over an easily resolvable dispute. NEVER GO HERE.

I stopped into the Port Orange Pizza Hut on Nova road on my way from Daytona Beach to Jensen Beach. I needed to order fast and get on the road. At 6:45pm I ordered four small pizzas and they told me 15 minutes. After over an hour of waiting they finally called my name and only gave me only one medium pizza and said thats kind of like four small pizzas. They only refunded my money for two of the four pizzas. The entire process took almost an hour and a half. Do not stop into this Pizza Hut if youre in a rush. There were lots of unhappy people in the waiting area. That should have been my clue that this was not a good place to stop for carry out food.

Dear Pizza Hut, It was my cousins birthday so we decided to get a bite. After 10 min. the waiter said the only pizza they had was thin crust pizza and then we left because they didnt have the pizza of our choice. Then we went home and called pizza hut and we ordered hand tossed pizza.....and unexpectedly he said sure!!! When clearly they said the only pizza they had was thin crust pizza at the dine in. And then the delivery man was late and the pizza and the wings were freezing cold D: It was sickening and gruesome!!!!!!! Love, Not a very happy costumer

DONT ORDER FROM HERE at night time. I placed my order at 11:35 (25 min before they closed) and they took my oreder online and told me it was on its way. after I waited and waited and waited finally i called around 12:45-1a.m and i talked to someone who put me on hold 3 diffrent times and hung up on me everytime. finally the 4th time i yelled at the guy on the phone after i was told it was an "after hours operator" he told me at one point hed call me back to let me know how my pizza was and now im sitting hungry. THANKS A LOT PIZZA HUT!

Theyre a repeat offender of slow service of getting you your food and drinks and then once they get you your food good luck on getting a refill on your drinks while youre eating or anything else you might need while there. Half the time all the staff had disappeared out of sight to the back. Also, nearly every time weve gone here they tell us they are out of dough for anything other than thin crust and also usually when we try to order cinnamon sticks or things like that they say theyre out.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Do not go here. Unable to take order over the phone. Young girl did not know products, sales prices advertised, lost my previous order information and on and on. Just plain stupid. We have been going here for over 20 years. NO MORE! We are done with this location. And the food? Sometimes good, mostly just thrown together crap. Like no one gives a s***. Take your dollars somewhere else. PS> I have almost never done a bad review but these idiots have earned it.

I waited over an hour and a half for my Bacon Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza and not only was the pizza cold and virtually flat, my crust did not contain bacon. When the delivery guy dropped it off he groaned with how many hours he had left on his shift, and thats the only reason I didnt call to complain. Havent ordered Pizza Hut in forever and will continue to not order from them forever. Shouldve just lit my 20 dollars on fire and called it a day. - very disgruntled pizza lover

Ordered a big box meal. It was delivered ver d missing the Alfredo pasta and the cheese bread sticks and the marinara. I called immediately to which they stated that they would bring out the missing items plus give me a credit for $10 off. Over one hour later I called again after no results and was hung up on twice. On the third attempt the manager actually spoke with me and told me the order was still pending. Going on 3 hours since the order was made and still not done...

Im not sure why there are bad reviews here. We have come up to this area twice in the past 6 months. Both times the staff were VERY courteous and inviting! We even got to speak with the cook who was also very sweet. And the pizza...delicious. Its fine if other people dont like it because theres more for me! Thank you all!

gets a three because the manager on duty, was appalled by my treatment also, resulting in free pizza. When placing order over phone with my coupon sent to me via mail, girl tried to up sell me. After declining more food she said you do realize your food will only be half price dont ! Duh coupon, Rebecca your serves sucks!

Pizza Hut Port Orange Florida heart pizza for Valentines day and the Pizza Hut Pizza tasted so delicious and tasted so good also it was a very good price for pizza. Its a lot easier to order pizza online from Pizza Hut, they make it so simple. The delivery of the pizza was very fast.

terrible service.. I called an order in on line, they told me that it was not available even though the pizza hut web site said that it was. when I asked to talk to a manager I was placed on hold for 15 min. nobody ever picked up. when I called back they hung up on me...

The music is better suited now for a younger crowd, the servers for the dine in are great. The cooks know what theyre doing. I love going there Saturday and Sunday afternoon for the lunch. Same server every time and the staff is always having a good time.

Pizza is mediocre. Delivery guys are maniacs with wheels. They drive like they are insane and just broke out of the nuthouse. Customer service is good. They make the pizza fairly fast. Just get off the road and sidewalk when you see a delivery driver.

Been going to this Pizza Hut semi regularly for many years, always a good experience. Its one of the few Red Tops left as most have become carryout/delivery only. If they would just bring the buffet back, as most Red Tops still have, it would great.

I was so happy to discover the gluten free option it is actually very good! Tastes more like a flatbread pizza And the healthy choices you can make like light cheese or sauce. The delivery service was so nice will be ordering again.
