I am a local of this area and have been my entire life. There are very few, nice restaurants with decent prices. This was one of them...until I had a recent experience. Me and my fiance eat here ALL the time. We had an incident with the food one night where it was awful. Soured. Did not order anything else, paid, and left. The manager apologized. We never really had problems before until one night after that. Our food, again, tasted sour and wanted to let the manager know. First off, the waitress had a major attitude, secondly, when the manager came he blamed US for the problem. He took a phone call the middle of me talking, said that we must be broke since he is now out of money, if we were broke then why were we eating there (trust me, money was far from the problem that night), and told us that the next time we ordered (our usual) then he would deny our order. Talking to us like we were broke children. Since he was so rude and disrespectful we offered to pay for our meal (considering it was about money to him) and leave but he said no that hell get it (And what I said before about him denying us next time). I used to love that place but, I am still in shock about how he acted as a manager and blamed us for everything. It may be a decent place for visitors to eat, but dont be a local and voice it when you know your food is going to give you food poisoning. The manager will chew you out and insult you.

One of our favorite places to eat! Were there at least twice a week and usually more. The food is wonderful especially the daily specials. The drinks are great too Pina Coladas are a tasty treat especially during the hot months! The service is wonderful. Two of the waitresses were recently voted as the best servers in town by readers of the local paper so make sure you ask for Lulu or Lili! Certainly the place to eat if you want fast, tasty and moderately priced food in a friendly and fun atmosphere. Oh, and they also usually have the games on the weekends on large screen TVs!

If you want to find the best place to eat anywhere you go just look for cars in the parking lot. This place is always packed! Their food is always delicious and hot. Service is friendly, and speak english well. (Ive been in some restaurants where the waitress almost needed an interpreter!) The decor and atmosphere are excellent, a very comfortable place to dine. If you want a great place to have a night out...this is it. Bring the whole family. On occasion they even have live music.

Was in town for a business event and decided to check this place out, It was a mistake! The service was horrible employees having an inappropriate conversation amongst each other using profane words with disregard to customers, the cashiers was very rude and couldnt care any less if you ate there, the food was not what I expected and tasted horrible, however it was not overly priced!

Got the Carnitas was so awesome good sweet tea everyone was real nice I love this place so much I went back again next day for dinner got the fajitas with shrimp chicken steak sausage pork omg so good Im not a rice eater but I loved their beans and rice so good... and awesome service ,good prices ,im so sad I dont live here now lol back to mississippi I go ....

HORRIBLE I had ordered a chori burrito which is supposed to be Mexican sausage and chicken which actually tasted good was my favorite dish until I bit into a piece of metal I cracked my tooth looks to be a metal band maybe for sausage casing but why was this not seen and why was it in my food needless to say I will never go here again

Worst customer service! I have been a waitress before and I have never had no one ask me for my ID and to take to the manager to make sure it was real! What is that if the manger wanted to make sure why didnt he personally come to me and made sure! Who does that! Rude and disrespectful service and the food was horrible!

Well the salsa is just tomatoes in a blender no cilantro onion or anything extra just tomatoes, asked 3 times to get lime for my tea, and dont even have arroz con pollo. Under the chicken portion is just 4 chicken dishes probably this should be a road side shack not a restaurant!!

BEST MEXICAN RESTAURANT IN TOWN. I love La Fogata its a clean place, great service, the food is perfect LOTS TO CHOOSE FROM. The atmosphere is super nice!!! I recomend this to everybody!!!!!

Worst experience Ive ever had a Mexican restaurant, our waiter corrected me when I pronounced "tortilla" incorrectly in a very rude way. The food wasnt great and was in really small portions.

Very nice atmosphere, and server was very attentive and friendly. Margarita, carnitas, and enchilada were all very tasty, IMO. Tomatillo had a nice spicy kick! Would recommend.
