I know they just opened so this review is to help them improve. We ordered 3 burritos and a rice bowl and my burrito was cold - it needed to be warmed longer. This rice was crunchy and undercooked. My toddler was eating the rice bowl and he spit it out. He eats rice and beans daily so that is not normal! The beans were flavorless, the rice was undercooked and the chicken was spicy (do they have two versions? Probably so that one is my fault). What got me the most is that there was one girl doing everything while 2 employees were on break (I know they are entitled to that) and one was just standing at the register. There was a fairly long line so they need to work on the team work issue. One last note, the beans in the steam table were very dry and crunchy. Steam tables are tricky as you must add liquid and stir items frequently which will make the food look and taste more appetizing. Overall, not an awful experience but there is room for improvement. I know Ill be back as the location cant be beat and I know these issues will be remedied.

Delicious! I am very excited this Chipotle opened in Seminole. My family ate here during their opening week and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Im not going to lie, the restaurant wasnt perfect, but every customer who had questions or issues during my visit was treated very fairly. The employees listened attentively and did what they could to fix any issues and answer all questions, always with a big smile! My advice, if youre interested, is to be patient when you walk through the door and greet the encounter with a big smile -- it will definitely be returned!

Let me start off by saying I absolutely love Chipolte! BUT this location is not good at all they are stingy with their meat, run out of cups, forks and drinks. I have been to this specific Seminole location 3 times and they just dont have it together. I am writing this in hopes that they get better! I will try them again in the future because this is my home town and you cant beat the location. I will delete this one star review after I have full confidence that they are following the proper systems that chipolte have put in place.

I hope it is just beginners luck for this Chipotle location. I had a horrible experience I believe the balance between speed and being customer oriented is needed and appreciated. I know that speed is important, but I dont think it is necessary to give customers the experience of being in a elementary school lunch line. Sorry, but if the employees want you to rush through every topping like on a last 3 second count down this is not pleasurable to me. Complained about it at that moment yet no response from employee or management.

This location is new so Im hoping it gets better. It took about a half hour on Sunday evening to get through the line of about 10 people. I would suggest doing an online order before you go here. On top of the wait, they ran out of white rice and tried to serve me chunky brown guac when they went to get a "new" batch. The pop was also extremely carbonated. Unfortunately this is the closest one to where I live so I will probably go back.

Pretty horrible experience. Ordered two bowls online and two tortillas - received one tortilla. One of the bowls was requested with extra rice - there wasnt enough food in the bowl to cover even the bottom of the bowl. Unreal. Probably should hold off on online orders at this location until the employees know what theyre doing.

Got a bowl with very little rice or meat... but what really bother my family was the fact that this place was filthy! Tables and floors where dirty! How can that be they open less than a month or so!!! If I ever go back to Chipotle I will go to another location!

Very few to no options and awful history of health concerns regarding the ecoli outbreak and the food is awful. I would never recommend this place ever.... go to moes or atleast tacobell, they have actual good choices.
