This is not authentic Mexican food by any means! The worst attempt at Mexican food I have ever eaten.. period! It is an insult to the Mexican culinary culture and an insult to anyone who walks through their doors for them to even call this tasteless, pre-packaged garbage Mexican food. They took unseasoned food and copied the assembly line layout of Chipotle and Moes and called themselves a Mexican restaurant. Are you kidding me? There is nobody Mexican associated with the owners or the recipes! Again this is not Mexican food at all. You may as well go buy an Ortega Taco kit at Publix. Their sparse meats have no seasoning or flavor. The chicken is not even grilled, its like steamed or boiled and has no seasoning or flavor at all. Same with the ground beef and the watery tasteless pork. They do not season their rice at all, and no matter what you put in their burrito or taco it tastes like bland soggy cardboard. What they call sauces and salsa is a tasteless joke. You can tell it is prepackaged off the truck bagged or canned from some food distributor like Sysco or US foods... It is not Mexican at all. And the acidy and sour tasting green paste they call Guacamole is further insult to such a staple Mexican dish. I dont understand how such a place stays open? I guess just throw the words Mexican Food on your sign and people will walk through your door.

I have never left a bad review, until today. the prices are cheap, thats the only good thing. but the food was ugh. Went on lunch from work with co worker. I got 3 tacos and him a burrito. The tacos were pork and steak (actually just ground beef, lies). he got "steak") they up charge him for grilled onions... okay so the pork tacos were dripping SO much fat/juice it was ridiculous. I know its supposed to be juicy but you need to drain them well (they tried to I guess? ) but at the end there was still a pool of juice at bottom of the basket. now same with the "steak" it was dripping with oil, ridiculous. I was squeezing it and showing my co worker how much came out. the ingredients are fairly generic. they dont have any unique flavor or spice. run of the mill in terms of flavor. even the hot sauce we got was meh. let me be clear, it didnt make me sick or anything, it just was so sub par overall it doesnt make sense to go back again. oh and any legit Mexican place knows that you make tacos with soft corn tortillas. not flour. thats an instant red flag. my main thing is this. tiquana flats, moes and chipotle offer a WAY better experience for nearly the same price/convenience.

It could have been really good. Ordered 3 hard tacos. Excellent shells; good taste, good thickness. Vegetables were very, very fresh and very tasty. The meat was also very good. I had one each of steak, ground beef, and chicken. All, very good. The green hot sauce, also, very good flavor and tasted like it was fresh, made on-site. Problem was, they give you one little saucer thing for the meat. Skimpy, skimpy, skimpy. Taco Bell gives more meat. Im guess it was an ounce. And, they just dumped it right in the middle of all three tacos. Same thing for the taco sauce, they just dumped a little mound of it on each taco in one spot. More meat and train the people to spread the ingredients; it is a taco afterall.

After seeing the reviews for Juans, we decided to check them out. Unfortunately, we found the food to be average. I tried the chicken softshells. The chicken was not seasoned and the juice made for a very wet taco. My girlfriend, who is a vegetarian, got a salad with cooked vegetables instead of meat. She said that the cooked vegetables had no seasoning and the raw vegetables were not as fresh as she expected. Also, the guac was sub-par. The shell the salad was served in was not very fresh. The look of the place was fine and the people behind the counter were nice enough. I had high hopes for this little place, so I am disappointed that it wasnt better.

The best Mexican food in Florida. They dont have a huge menu which is a good thing. I ordered almost everything on their menu except the taco salad and everything has been amazing each time. Their chicken tastes fresh and well seasoned. I like the fact that my food is made fresh and takes less than five minutes to leave with my order. Everyone needs to try their chicken burrito. Its the best as well as fulling. If you want to have great Mexican food, you need to give this place a try.

I agree with Carlos Romero. Its a real disgrace calling this place Mexican food. I cannot compare this so called restaurant to Chipotle because Chipotle has better taste, quality food, flavor and variety. I came all the way from Indianapolis, IN, staying in clearwater beach, I google map a mexican restaurant and it took me to this $hit ass place. I hope i can reach google map creators so they can take this place out. The only thing i liked was the fountain drink.

Awesome place for food. The queso is real cheese, and there are loads of choices for your burrito, tacos, quesadilla, and nachos. You can get hard shell or soft shell for your tacos. And it is inexpensive. For a super nacho plate, tacos, chips, salsa, and a drink all for under $20. Also, the place is clean! Thats always the first thing I notice. Good stuff. Fresh food too. We went for lunch and the place was busy but Service was fast.

The food here is good and the service is actually getting better. They have added more employees to help with the process of ordering. Price is decent but at times they do put together your tacos a bit fast and messy. The owner of the store is always working and will do a good job of making sure everything is correct with your order.

VERY dissapointed with the service. Went in and ordered To-Go. When I got home I saw that I was charged for 4 tacos (which I wanted) but was only given 3. I called and all the girl said was "sorry" and that I could come back and get it... Seriously! Terrible customer service from the cashiers. I dont know where they find those girls...

Me and my friends have gone almost every day after school for the past two years because its a very short walk from school and it still hasnt gotten old. Amazing tacos, fast and friendly service, and good vibe. Highly recommend to anyone who wants good and authentic mexican food.

Very fresh. Very good quality. The only thing I didnt like was that grilled veggies on my burrito were extra $. But overall it wasnt expensive at all. Youll spend the same amount if not more at chipotle or Moes. And this is much more authentic. Im coming back for sure!

We tried it and the food was awful, I wouldnt even describe it as Mexican, unless you could describe it as Mexican food being served in the Soviet Union or some place where they have no idea of what Mexican food is. Go someplace else.
