Great Mexican food, the hardest thing to find in Florida, has been found at Santa Fe Mexican Grill. After a round at our favorite pub, the Barley Mow, a friend suggested we try Sante Fe and we fell in love! Our first visit was after theyd been open a very short time and as you might guess, it was a Chinese fire drill, which we understood since we were a very large party. The second visit was last Friday and the place was packed and the service couldnt have been smoother. I had the chicken mole enchiladas and my wife had the cheese enchilada and bean taco and everything was wonderful. Her Marguerite and my draft Modelo were good and cold and the chips and salsa were fresh and crisp. All good!

Was a nice place. Food was okay. Chips was cold, hard, and seemed like they sat there since that morning. Had to wait 10 minutes for the waiter to notice i was empty on my drink, then about anothet 10 minutes to get my refill. 4 times! Same story. Problem was there was like 3 waiters and only 5 groups dining at the time. Not busy at all and it really pissed me off. I would not suggest dinning here until they fix their staffs malfunctions. I would have fired every one of them and tried again with someone who can do the job. Theyre their to keep customers happy and wanting them to come back again. That was horrible servive.

Typically dont complain, but this experience was absolutely dreadful. To start off with, I ordered a margarita and I never received it, the charge was still on the bill! The service was terrible, I had to catch our waiters attention and get him to the table the only other time he stopped by the table was to get plates when we were finished. Never once came to see how the food was or anything. Now on to the food, my taco shell was quite stale, and my boyfriends food wasnt exactly what it said it was going to be. Good prices though, definetly not going to be returning.

Hands down, the best food of its kind weve ever had. Today was our second time to stop for lunch @ Sante Fe Mexican Grill. There will definitely be a third! Weve had a difficult time finding authentic Mexican food since living here. My only suggestion would be to ask for hot and spicy if you love the heat. I think theyve backed off for the wimpy palates. Excellent flavor. Excellent value. But on my next visit, Ill remember to ask for the HEAT! "Hot & spicy please!"

Great food, great service and great prices. We had a party of five and all of our food was out in less than 10 minutes. Server was very friendly and attentive. Due to waiting for a flight departure, we hung out for over an hour after eating, the bill was paid and the server continued to check in on us and filling our drinks. Surprisingly large portions from their lunch menu. Highly recommended!

Today was the first time the husband and I tried Santa Fé and it was wonderful! We usually go to Carmelitas but were wanting to try somewhere new. Saw that this place had great reviews and decided well check them out. Prices are great, lots of options, restaurant was clean and the service was wonderful! Try them out! This will be our go-to for Mexican food from now on!!

The menu has a wide variety of great Mexican dishes, which is naturally one of my favorite foods to have. The cheese dip is a white based cheese dip, which is much better than the american style with yellow cheese. Lunch specials if you need to stop by during work hours. The upside down Margarita is a treat, with a lime margarita topped with a Corona upside down.

We are from Indianapolis Indiana and found this place when we were lost and looking for lunch. I must say it was the best food and prices I have seen anywhere on the east coast. If you get a chance to eat here you must try it, you will be back! I know my family and I will come back when we are in the area and hopefully they will have a location on the beach.

Their website touts their discounted drink prices during happy hour so we went. I asked the server, "is it happy hour?" She enthusiastically said, "yes, from 4-7." But when our bill came, no discounts. When I asked her about it, she said, "Oh, its happy hour, but our drinks arent discounted." Huh? Fail. Dont like being duped. Wont be back.

Its about time Florida gets some authentic Mexican food. I have lived in multiple places on the East and West side of Florida and this is what was missing, good Mexican food. The only downfall is NO HAPPY HOUR, even though its on their website. What kind of Mexican restaurant has no happy hour??? They are lucky the food is so good.

First and last time i will be coming here again. Got our chips and the salsa was so spicey it could clear your nostrils. My taco had only meat and lettuce and cheese. The meat was blah. No taste or spices to it...chalupa the same....blah plain beef. Waiter was not very friendly....my meal looked like everything was thrown together.

I normally dont take the time to write reviews, but I want this restaurant to stay around. We ate there for the first time and the food was fresh and the sauces were delicious. I grew up in Southern California and its very hard to find a good Mexican restaurant here thats not Americanized. This one is authentic.

New restaurant to the area. First noticed the delicious smell when entering. Mariachi music a little too loud, thats okay I like it. Menu has the usual suspects and some new things to try in the future. Had a lunch special, everything was pretty tasty. I will be back for dinner and Margheritas soon.

I usually grade a restaurant based on if I can make better food than what Im paying for. My homemade Mexican food blows this place away. This is only a half star better than Carmelitas which is awful. I dont know why everyone raves about this place. The food is mediocre at best. Never coming back.

This is our favorite restaurant. Have been going here since it opened. We have never had bad service, bad food or bad drinks. We are always seated right away with chips and salsa served promptly. The margaritas are the best. Servings are ample with enough for left overs. We highly recommend.

Cinco de Mayo was Horrible, they were totally unprepared for the occasion. 3 hours of chaos spent here. Couldnt get a drink because they ran out of glasses? Food was awful and the service was worse. We should have bought margarita mix and brought home taco bell. I wont go back.

Food is wonderful!!! One of the best in the area in terms of taste... And it only took 10 min to get our food after ordering. Unfortunately they seem to have a sugar ant problem, and there were 2 flies in my margarita... Very festive decorations from the local party store.
