The food was horrible 1st off my last time visiting I had curly hair in my grits but I came back because I love Waffle House but second for them to makeup from the last mistake so today it was the food overall i asked for scrambled eggs w/cheese and cheese grits for 1 my eggs wasnt scrambled the cook gave me regular eggs while slapping a whole piece of cheese of it the grits had so many lumps I couldnt believe it the bacon was so hard and burnt now the manager did come over and tried to make things over it but I was just so overall the whole meal I lost my appetite then my mom still ate her food with cold grits and she said that the bowl was dirty not clean overall I can say I was honestly disappointed and highly upset if I knew I was going to get this type of food I would of went somewhere else honestly I will no longer be coming back EVER

Not very good today. We were the only 2 customers left in there and there were multiple things wrong with our order. Food was good and its what we were wanting but took them a couple times to make it right. Then the waitress just left without saying a word to us and had to get up to ask for refills from the cook/manager. Not sure when well be back to this particular waffle house and its convenient for us ,but I am willing to drive a little bit further to get better service next time we are in the mood for a waffle and hash browns.

Nice waitress......with in two minutes of sitting down both me and my daughter had syrup on our arms from the gross menus.....the ketchup has stains all over the lid like it wasnt clean in a while the syrup that was sitting on the napkin holder when we grabbed it had a puddle of syrup under it...then my biscuit came out ten minutes after my daughters waffle ....keep going to the next waffle house staff was friendly though

There was about six people in there tonight working. The one guy said a cuss word when he passed our table. One of the waitresses was shoveling bacon in her mouth. They were putting money in the jukebox and playing music instead of working. At least our waitress did a great job. When everyone was outside smoking she was working. 1 out of 6 is not very good odds...

We Just left -- hair on my plate and lipstick on the coffee cup. The waitress was rude when we pointed it out to her. They didnt offer any discount or refund. When I suggested she check the temperature of the dishwasher, she dismissed me with the statement "Its really hot." Well evidently it isnt hot enough to wash lipstick off a coffee cup.

Came in and placed my order, food was good. While I was eating my waitress (kayla) pulled a trash bag out of the can and tied it off, then proceeded to take my drink glass and fill it, then started cleaning dishes. There is one important step she missed. She never washed her hands after dealing with the garbage.

Everyone on the staff was amazing and friendly. We went there 2 mornings in a row and had the BEST waiter. His name was Eriq and he was very attentive and personable. Our daughter was moving in at Coastal Carolina University and he even gave her tips. I would definitely go there again.

Being a customer of waffle house for years I can hands down say that this was the best experience I have had! The fast and friendly service was impressive. Alisha whips up a great burger and if your fortunate enough to have Kim B as a server youll never be taken care of better!

This place was awful and the way they do the receipts there doesnt make sense its like theyre charging you for more than you bought and the food there is not good. And its very crowded. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone unless you are really craving a waffle!

Paid for rooms in advance, nobody here on-site to check us in. Called main phone number and they cant locate property manager. Not very amusing when just driven 9 hours straight and have 4 hours to rest before wedding.
