Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by 3 hostesses one in which was going to seat us, and by us a family of 4. My husband wanted to sit at the bar and have our 2 children sit in what you guys call the cafe so we wouldnt have children at a bar taking up bar space for your paying customers and I was told by one of the hostess that it just simply couldnt be done, which was quite strange seeing that no-one was in your cafe area and the restaurant was not busy at all. We received and excuse about the bartender not being able to serve these tables in your cafe area and prepare drinks for the entire restaurant which is quiet absurd because no matter where we sit in the restaurant the bartender would have the same amount of people to serve drinks to. So not trying to cause a scene or make things any difficult we was stopped going back and forth with the waitress and allowed her to show us our seats in which we was seated all the way in the back of the restaurant. Once we received a waitress my husband immediately asked for management and the manager on duty (did not catch his name) answered our questions and walked us to the cafe/bar area. All of this could have been avoided in the beginning if your hostess would have simply asked management what to do instead of taking matters in her own hands saying that something simply cant be done and gave usa million excuses to why it just simply cant be done when the manager made it happen and our table waitress served us at the bar area. I dont know if I will return to this location when Im in buffalo, the Amherst location Ive never had any customer service issues at. I own a business and this was poor customer service from the hostesses.

The staff is amazing and truly deals with some real "privileged people " that have no understanding of what it means to work. I would go here with my family repeatedly if I lived in the area. We had the chance to watch a truly "privileged" group come in and abuse the staff over a price that was not on the menu. In the end the scammers won and got their discount but I admired the handling of the situation by staff. I was even more amazed when the waitress that had been mistreated came back and served everything with a smile and kept on keeping on. More power to the staff that our hands on and as for upper management, back your people the customer is not always right and in todays world its harder to come by a great worker then it is a hunger customer wanting to spend money. That group should have been booted not salute by the higher ups. Our hats off to the girl serving them and the two guys serving us. Great time and cool beard too

I was so excited to finally get to dine here but unfortunately it was horrible! Only two stars was for how it was nice and clean! The place seemed like they have never seen a Hispanic family before, they just stared at us along with really didnt explain the menu or any new things being served along with promotional items! The watress had explained things the coason family behind us! The food was ok but definitely not the best, I guess when you eat there you are just paying for the name and not the materials! Me nor my family will NOT be attending this Branch again! So very dissatisfied in all. Also no good choice for diet drinks nor suger free items nore low calories!

My family always comes to this location whenever we are in the area. The host looks like a newbie trying to figure our special seating arrangements, he is very polite. Julie is a RUDE black dyed curly hair senior server, walked pass through us with her unnecessary comment, interrupting our convo, that my seating arrangements was against the law..and I dont need that. Our server Phil is just a mediocre server .. Nothing else. He does not care that I complained about the hair in my zuppa Toscana. I didnt t want to go to the manager and started to complain. Regardless of what I am saying.... Olive garden will always be busy. The service is going down slowly and surely...

My friend is moving back to New York City so she decided to have a group of friends get together for a nice dinner. There was about 12 of us. The server didnt seem like he wanted to be there. Made remarks under his breath while walking from end to end of the table. Barely came back try and check on the table. My food was gross! Had shrimp alfredo and it was over cooked and dry. Told the assisting server and she said "oh". If you see someone barely touches theyre meal...ask why? Make sure everything was okay. If it doesnt look good...Dont Serve It! No point in trying to offer Me more food when I have my coat on about walk out the door

Olive Garden is adulteration! No personality to the dish, nothing! Olive Garden is not even local. Olive Garden is all over the damn place confusing Americans what Italian food really is. They train their cooks their measured methods, & that poor excuse of whatever dish you order is, will taste exactly the same in Buffalo, NY as it does in Manhattan Beach, CA! "Discover our Tuscan inspired locations, recipes and more." Lol, Tuscan inspired, maybe! But it takes more than inspiration to dish out Tuscan flavors, & it aint happening at Olive Garden! Keep on driving & be original, find something local, something authentic!

The last time we went to the Olive Garden my husband ordered the lasagna and I ordered the chicken parm. We complained to the manager. Not only was the service awful but the salad was dry, the lasagna had overcooked noodles and bad tasting meat sauce. My chicken was very hard and dry, the sauce was like colored water and the waiter seamed like he had better things to do than take care of the customers. The manager came to us and offered more of the same awful food to correct the problem but did seam sincere. We have dined at this same Olive Garden many times in the past but never had such a terrible meal

Was extremely disappointed with the take out. I rarely rate, but had to after this experience. First off i arrived a right at the time I submitted for and had to wait 10 minutes, no big deal, I should be getting some fresh hot food. Seemed like a smaller than normal portion (not the reason for the rating) chicken was dry, like really really dry. Breadsticks were stale like they were from the night before. Soup was ok though so I guess they deserve the 1 star over none. I really like olive garden, but not going to this location ever again.

This use to be our favorite place.. use to travel from Toronto to eat... but yesterday (19th feb) we had bad service experience here.. lady who was serving us was not interested to serve us... We are vegetarians and when we asked for options she said there is nothing for us apart from Pasta and she walked away.. it was our 10/12th visit and we know the fact that they have few vegetarian options.. somehow we had soup and pasta and walked out... We were literally treated bad and we will never go to Olive Gardens again.
