Decided to take my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and 2 year old daughter to lunch. My husband and I have been Fridays regulars for over 5 years. It was the biggest waste of time and money to go out for lunch. Service was great. Food was HORRIBLE. I ordered mac-n-cheese with a fruit bowl for my daughter, she wouldnt eat the fruit and I was curious as to why, so I tasted it as well as my sister-in law. It was SPOILED! I told our waitress and she brought me fresh French fries, with salt, pepper, and garlic....seriously??? For a two year old? When I told our waitress she didnt say sorry or anything. We ordered the spinach dip as an appetizer, it was good as always. I ordered a small salad with a 1/2 French dip lunch pairing combo. The Caesar salad was good, the sandwich was terrible. The meat was very tough and chewy and the bread was cold and hard. Served with cold and old French fries. My mother-in-law ordered the French onion soup, as she has done so in the past, and it was terrible, way TOO salty. My sister-in-law ordered the sesame jack strips, and they were good. Needless to say $51.00 plus a tip was not worth this horrible meal. I really think we will be taking our business elsewhere.

My husband and I just ate at this particular TGI Fridays and was very disappointed. First the waiter was rude to say the least. He acted like he was upset with us because he had to show up to work today. Then we both got the Jack Daniels chicken and shrimp which apparently came with 2 sides (waiter never ask what sides we wanted) came out with mashed potatoes that tasted like thry had been sitting under a hot lamp for a few hours and broccoli (that my husband and i didnt touch bc we dont care for broccoli.) The chicken was either overcooked or had been sitting there for a while and reheated. So break down of what we got - fried green beans appetizer 2 teas and 2 Jack Daniels chicken and shrimp. I know eating out is not always cheap but when we received our bill we both about had a heart attack . For what we paid we should have gotten steak and shrimp and wouldve been cheaper. Dont mind to pay if the food justifies the bill and in this case it Didnt at all! Very disappointed!

Dave the general manager seems extremely emotionally unstable. Upon asking for more information about the dietary details of a meal he began shaking uncontrollably and exclaiming that he was too underpaid to wait on me hand and foot. He then began his sloppy and unsteady walk to the bar (I think he was intoxicated) but on his way to the chair he violently ripped a customers baseball cap off. Then slammed his name tag on the bar and said " just make it all go away " to the bartender and asked for the "good stuff". (I KNOW! I couldnt believe it either....)

I love Fridays, always have. Its my favorite of the big chain restaurants. I stop in there every now and then for a couple drinks and a appetizer, and get something to go. I love anything with jack sauce on it. Sometimes the food is hit or miss. Like ribs, or chicken being dry, an last time they gave me the wrong burger. But since I get it to go, I usually dont find out until I get home and cant have it fixed. The bartenders are good people, always holding conversations with you. I like it there and you would too

What a joke. 3 bartenders and took 10 minutes to get a bottle of beer and a draft beer. Finally get them and the glass is dirty and has black stuff floating in the glass. Order a shot and of course the glass is dirty and stuff all over it. Managers response..."I dont see anything but Im sure you do." Now I see why they rotate staff and were completely empty. A restaurant is only as good as it employees and the proof was there.

We do not have a TGI Fridays at home and I saw a commercial for the endless apps. We decided to give it a try. The food was great but the way they time bringing your apps could use some work. They should have your new plate ready when you finish your first in order to keep you from waiting. While waiting your food settles and then you can not eat as much....i realize that is the point but its kind is sneaky on their part.

Our waiter Aaron (AJ) was exceptional. Can not say enough about the service we received at this particular Fridays. Very personable and stayed on top of his game. Food was great and quick to arrive. If you visit this Fridays please ask for AJ as your waiter you will not be disappointed. He knows the food and can help you make excellent choices.

Just ate here last night. Would give it 4 stars but the service made up for it. My food was good, and my parents food was good. Our server was attentive and friendly. (We ate outside by the way.) Grandparents food was just ok, they said. All in all a good meal for the first night of our beach trip.

Worst Fridays ever! Totally got my order wrong. The waitress told us she was training a new employee but she inputted our order... still was very wrong. Asked for a diet coke and got a regular full sugar coke. I would give less stars if I could! Wont visit another TGI Fridays for a very long time!

The service was alright. Bit we got all you can eat apps. They bring them out one at a time. My be you will get 2 but on your 2nd order you get a small portion and it takes forever to get another app.

Saw gm dave yell at one of his employees because she messed up our steak, until the girl was literally in tears. Didnt ask for a manager because she was a sweet girl and fixed the problem asap.

Excellent staff. The general manager Dave took extra care to accomodate a food allergy for us.They also have a great rewards program. The food is consistently good.

The best part of my meal was the mashed potatoes. Ribeyes was overcooked and had to ask the waitress numerous times for drink refill. And they werent busy at all.

Used to be better. Ribs were ok, fries were too. Others had overcooked chicken, dry and chewy. Waiter was good, place was not busy at 5:00 on a Sunday evening.

This was your standard chain restaurant. Service was a bit weak, each meal had nearly 2000 calories, but it sure tasted good!
