Attendents - fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient Ordered my own entire meal from the appetizer list. The Brus(k)etta was an entire loaf of bread. Excellent topping. (took 2/3 of it home) Caprese bread was actually a classic pizza Margherita, delicious. Ordered the Classic Shrimp Scampi, should have ordered the Spicy. Spicy Calamari, perfect. The wine sampler we were offered (and of course accepted) prior to ordering gave my wife and I a chance to peruse the lengthy list of delectable delicacies. Her order was a more conventional chicken/lemon/cream sauce dish (with a name I cant remember) which according to her was also delicious. A very enjoyable experience, buon appetito.

OK to start yes it had a line BUT weve learned to beat the line set at the bar so I asked the Hostess about settings at the bat table. Her reply and I quote! " Its not a table its a counter but if you want to set at the bar counter go right over" My response was " Thank you well go right over to the bar table oh and by the way I wouldnt ever correct a secret shopper person"! Id give it a five star if not for her and my reasoning is being at the bar you are close to the Hostess area and my experience with her didnt change her attitude one bit. But the Waitress was GREAT and the food and wine were good!

The waitress was great but I was not impressed with my dinner. The angel hair pasta was not freshly made so I needed a lot of sauce so I wasnt eating clumps and it said on menu "sauteed garlic shrimp"which I felt was the shrimp were sauteed together but were not. So in the future for anyone who orders the pasta combination you might want to order something other than what I ordered or be specific.

When first walking in people are nice and friendly but after ordering it seems as if waiters and waitresses make fun of customers and what they order. Food has been great so far but the soup (Tuscany Zuppa) was very bland. Our server was Matt and he was nice but didnt seem to notice that we could see him blatantly talk rude about customers to Karley. Would go again for food not for service.

Ewwww! The service was great, but the food was less than par. Meatballs were thrown away, soup was lacking in flavor AND substance, and the prices certainly did not commensurate with food quality. Ive eaten at many an Olive Garden, but will never, ever recommend or return to the establishment in Lakewood, N.Y. What an absolute disappointment!

The server was horrible. She messed up two orders out of the three that we had and even admitted she did it and did nothing about it. Also took around ten to fifteen minutes for drink refills. Understanding the service industry this is unacceptable.

Friendly staff, a pretty good lunch experience. Its a 60 degree day and they couldnt seem to get the a/c turned off so we were cold. Tables now have tablets to let you call servers, order drinks, and pay right at the table.

Took 20minutes to get drinks. There was 2 gnocchi in my gnocchi soup, had to flag dow. someone elses waitress to get a glass of water. Tortellini was crunchy. Very disappointed. : (
