I would never ever go to this establishment again. My husband and I stayed at the courtyard Marriott for an overnight stay for the first time since our baby was born...we went to pizza planet for a drink and a late night snack. The bar tender cut my husband off after one drink and was extremely rude. I asked to speak to a manager who came to our table to apologize. My husband and I are 32 and 33 years old. We are parents. We were in no way shape or form intoxicated. A 20 something year old manager came to our table to apologize. I have never felt so disrespected in a restaurant before. There is absolutely no professional courtesy at this establishment at all. I have never wrote a review before...I work in the legal field and will be writing a letter to the legal department of pizza plant. My husband and I have never felt so degraded in a public place. How we were treated completely ruined our whole night out which is really sad because as parents we dont get very many nights out to enjoy ourselves. This establishment needs to be either closed or run by better managent. Dear Owner, I would like to thank you for taking the time to respond to my review. However, your response was both unprofessional and inaccurate. A review should not be used as a means to justify the wrong doings of your employees, nor should it be used to attack an unsatisfied customer. After reviewing many of your responses to unsatisfied customers, it is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority to you. Sadly, your unprofessional, immature and disrespectful response to my review will cause your business far more negative harm than my very honest and truthful review ever could have. I hope you learn the value of customer satisfaction before it is too late. No further response is required nor desired from you.

Just left this place. The customer service was absolutely horrific! I walked in with a group of 7. Three women were standing up front, they seemed annoyed that we came in. One girl asked how many then abruptly walked away. Another girl went back to sweeping and the last one just stood there awkwardly. They didnt even close for 3 more hours! There was only one family dining in. We debated walking out then, but decided to try. Our server came over not happy, barely introduced himself, tossed our silverware, & when asked about beers they serve he picked up the menu and said theyre right here, hitting it on their arm. As we were deciding on drinks, 2 people picked water and the next person was deciding he said "Ill just get you all waters" and impatiently walked away. We left out without ordering. The overall vibe was unfriendly. Never again.

My first experience was terrible. I waited at the hostess stand for at least 6 - 8 minutes before anyone greeted me. I then asked about lunch specials to go and reluctantly the waitress / hostess shared with me what she had available (never offering a menu). I ended up walking out because I felt as if I were inconveniencing her. My second experience was just as awful. I took my three kids there for lunch and asked for a glass of water with their drinks. She forgot my water and then was no where to be found for quite some time. She never checked on our table. We waited for a very long time to get our check. In fact I just got up and started walking around to find her. The restaurant did not appear that busy the times I went, but yet the service was terrible.

Been here 5 minutes, this place is already an easy 5. I would have probably eaten a PB&J considering that the place was in the same building as the hotel, then I sit down and they have so many beers on tap! I feel like I walked through a secret passage way into a hidden world! Service was off the charts from the minute I walked in. My pod was insane and the spinach dough is truly something else, and it really tickled my fancy. I guess I didnt need to have a few beers with lunch as I did, but like this hidden gem, we will just keep it a secret! Shhhhhhh.....

The staff was really wonderful in working with me and my friend to find vegan options on their menu and were informative and apologetic when we ordered food with confusing labels and didnt get what wed expected. I suspect theyre going to be adding some clarification to their menu to prevent confusion in the future. Their beer menu is worth it all by itself, but great customer service and good food give this spot some extra sparkle. Im looking forward to going back and giving that 5th star.

Terrible service. People waiting for tables, four tables not cleaned with a lobby full of people. People waiting for a table for two and tables were cleaned and hostess didnt seat them. Asked to speak to a manager and he blamed the crowd on Saturday at canal side. Surprise Saturday at canal side was busy! We asked how long the wait was and they told us 15 minutes and it took from the time we walked in till we got our food was one hour!

Love the new location!!! Went in last Friday and got a pod. Corey recommended the garlic dough and it was so much better than when I get the normal dough. He also brought over creamy garlic sauce when I told him I love garlic and it was excellent! He was so helpful and really made my experience 100% better. I will only ever recommend him for upcoming visits!! Thanks, Corey!!

It was a relief to see that this was just the exact same location as the Walker Center location. I was a bit worried that it would lose itself in the move but I was wrong. The food was just as to be expected and they didnt miss a step. Im happy to have it closer to my house and just a couple train stops away.

My 1st time there and I ordered a pod. The pod I received was something I didnt order and when my correct order came, it was very bland. The shrimp inside unseasoned and cold. We werent charged for it though and the waitress was pleasant. The establishment was pretty nice though..clean with nice views.

Staff was fine, food was disappointing. Ordered chicken parm and received a burnt plate of chicken with no breading, smothered in bland tomato sauce. Alongside a bland serving of spaghetti. Menu is too big and very confusing. This shouldnt be called an "Italian Pub" with that kind of menu.

Service extremely slow and inattentive despite being the only two people in the restaurant. Pizza was tasty but slightly cold, plus the server got our order wrong. Slightly warm beer. Overall this place has alot of promise, but really didnt live up to expectations. I wouldnt return.

Service was ok. We had a pizza pod and an angus burger and both were overcooked, but not burnt. They ran out of the cheese we wanted on the burger and instead of asking if we wanted a different cheese, just served it without any. The baked fries were really good and not overcooked.

We were regulars when they were out at the Walker center in Williamsville. The decor must be so weird to hotel guests who dont know what theyre getting into. We come here mostly because I love their stupid cookies-and-ice-cream dessert, but the pods are also great.
