My husband and I started going to Panera because the clean healthy menu appealed to us. We are a healthy fit couple, and clean eating is very important to us. We enjoyed it until I got my first "reward" for getting a Panera card. We got a brownie for dessert, and started reading the ingredients. On the list was partially hydrogenated oil. If they say that their ingredients are clean but are really not, then what are they putting in the food that doesnt come with an ingredient label? This may not be a big deal to other people, but it is to us, because we work very hard to eat and stay healthy. This was a major turnoff, and we havent been back since. It really is a shame, because we enjoyed going there.

Thank you to Sam and his team for a great experience! I came with a bus load of people tonight for a quick dinner stop on our way home, and our bus had an air conditioning malfunction. One of the cashiers put me in touch with the manager right away, and they provided us with waters and a big box of ice for us to keep cool on our trip back to Rochester. We so appreciated the thoughtful and quick action they took to save our day! The food was great and they were quick to make dietary accommodations too! Be sure to stop in to get friendly food service!

The food is consistent with other Paneras & the serve takes as long as other Paneras. However this site gives you the green iced tea with no refills unlike other stores that give you a cup to serve yourself & you could get refills.
