Me and my friends come every Sunday at 12:30 to watch the 1 oclock games. This is the 4th Sunday weve came back to back. The first Sunday of the season we had a Waitress named Ali. This is the worst service I have ever experienced! This Sunday we got her again, I didnt ask to switch servers bc I thought maybe she just had a bad day that first Sunday but I was clearly mistaken. I understand that its busy but in her section alone she would check on every other table besides ours. We are not rude or difficult people, we all understand what its like to work in customer service / food industrys. I would constantly look at her to try to make her come to our table but she would just look at me and ignore me, when she finally came to us it would take her forever to get what we asked for and most of the time it wasnt what I asked for, she took 20 minutes to give me a refill on water and I had to ask her 3 times for a box. Her customer service is horrible and she half asses her job. We clearly enjoy coming to Buffalo Wild Wings every Sunday but if you get her as a server I would ask to switch. Her being my waitress ruined my whole Sunday and the game.

I have not eaten here since the the remodel I thought they were just painting the outside but the inside is Pleasant nice big screen TVs all the tables are marked football memorabilia hanging up tables and seats are new same old remodel outside outside area has been updated bar looks phenomenal take out section looks the same except for they changed a few logos the drop-down ceiling with with comfortable lighting TVs are position from every seat you can see a television staff is extremely friendly like usual we are regulars here and will continue to eat here the price is right here just like the game show come from 11 -2 is your lunch special deals 10 boneless wings or 10 wings a side of fries and a drink free refills $5.79 +tax cant beat it come in and ask for the manager at night time you get a wristband to drink at the bar with local ID 1 round on the house during all football games only

Finally, a real sports bar in Myrtle Beach that is really smoke free! Yes, there is a smoking section but it is outside on a deck, completely sealed off from the interior of the bar. There was no smell or hint of smoke whatsoever. TVs all over the place, at least 50, big screens and HDs as well. Had no trouble getting a good seat to watch the games we were interested in. Excellent service as well. About 15 beers on tap, the Bass was excellent and fresh. Food wise you need to like wings, hello. We went for the "Naked Wings" which were grilled boneless breast meat without batter, these were moist and tastly, excellent with the wing dipping sauce. Also tried the onion wings which were a bit too battery for our tastes. We give this place an A+. Well be back again.

I love the food at BWW. For the first time ever I ordered TO GO. When I went to pick up my food, there were 2 girls at the counter. I was helping a couple and the other just standing there. Neither acknowledged that I was standing there or tried to help me. I was given my food, paid and went home to eat. All of the sauces I ordered were missing, along with the drink to go with the kids meal. The cheese curds did not come with the southwest ranch sauce. There was little to no sauce on my buffalo chicken wrap and most of the food was half cold. I was there promptly and made to wait at least 10 minutes before any service. I wont order TO GO again... and it makes me debate coming back to sit down.

We visited this BWW while visiting MB. The whole experience from beginning to end was bad. Our waitress was always too busy talking to go workers to even ask us if we wanted a refill of anything. She forgot our appetizer and when we asked her about it she replied with "yea yea yea". The food took well over an hour to get and came out cold. The bathroom is a whole other story. I dont think they ever clean it. There was urine, feces and blood all over the stall, the toilets had so much disgusting stuff on it, a port o potty would have been cleaner. Not to mention the tablets they handed the kids to play with were so sticky and covered in sauce and god knows what else. Absolutely disgusting.

Got a fruit fly in my drink. The manager said he would "see" if he "could" remove the drink from the order. AFTER IT HAD A FRUIT FLY IN IT. They then proceeded to ask if Id like to go ahead and continue with the food I ordered. Ive never received such terrible service in my entire life. I wouldnt even consider eating here in the future if I had a gift card. Do yourself a favor and go to literally anywhere else instead. Im sure a trashcan has more appetizing food and certainly will provide you with better service.

Just come here for the wings... usually the service is a hit or miss.... but today was blown away by the amazing service my sister and I recieved! Cory was our server and he was great from the moment we sat down. Didnt have to wait for a refill, was very knowledged on the menu, and recommended us a great appetizer. He was also really sweet and made sure we were happy the whole time! Can say this was the best visit by far! Thank you Cory!!!! We will be returning and requesting you for sure!

My husband and I always seek out a BWW establishment while traveling because of their consistent quality of brand. This new-ish store in Myrtle Beach is no exception. Awesome wings, relaxed atmosphere, lots of TVs to take in sports or table games, great drink selection, and well-trained staff. Its really everything we could ask for when going out for food and drinks. This particular loc has a really nice patio area. Service was on point

This particular location has single-handedly restored our faith in the Buffalo Wild Wings chain. The wait staff was very attentive and we got our food hot and on time. The manager came around and spoke with us for a few minutes and we told him the very same. We are greatly appreciative to have gotten our Thai Curry wings the way they are supposed to be. A few lessons to be learned here by the Knightdale, NC location for sure.

Very lively and busy location! My waitress was notably patient, knowledgeable, & surprising attentive! The manager even stopped at out table a couple of times to make sure pleasantries were being fully ensued. I was dared to do the blazing challenge and of course went for it. Fun times, with my 3 nephews, 3 children and hubs. Im glad we went on 60 cent wing night! Everyone was full, satisfied, and thrilled.

The hostess was very rude and did not help with seating. She got the manager and I had to assist the manager with putting two tables together because he did not know what he was doing. If I didnt help him, we would have waited a long time for a table. The waitress was a little ditzy and did not really know any answers to our questions. The food was mediocre at best. Definitely do not recommend this place.
