So I ordered a chicken bowl with no teriyaki Togo. However I did have some errands to run, so I could not eat my food right away. I finally get home out my food in the microwave to heat up, no big deal. I open the box, Issue number one, its covered in what Im assuming is teriyaki sauce and it literally looks like alpo wet dog food. No exaggeration. I call and let them know that it looks like my chicken is covered in brown jelly and was suppose to have no teriyaki sauce. The gentleman on the phone told me its not their fault because I didnt eat it right away, in which I say "Ive had hibachi as leftovers plenty of times and never had this issue before." Tells me again that it is not their fault and that there is nothing they can do. I will try to attach a photo somewhere for reference.

This place give Kobes Japanese restaurant a run for there money!!! Its much cheaper but just as tasty, my personal favorite is the shirmp sauce isnt to sweet like a lot a Japanese restaurant have. Its perfect. I highly recommend the hibachi steak and chicken. Surprisingly I also enjoyed the lightly teriyaki shrimp, Im personally not a big fan of teriyaki sauce but theres wasnt that bad it is a thin teriyaki sauce, where some places are thicker than others. Customer service was also great, very helpful and also welcoming and try to make customers happy. Regardless if you are a local or a traveler like me if you are in the mood for Japanese this is the place to come!

We went in here on a whim. Its right beside of another Asian restaurant that we love, but these two are like two different worlds. Mulan is fantastic. The people who work there are always so very friendly and nice, they know our orders by heart now and always greet us like friends. For locals, this is definitely a place you need to try out, youll be hooked. I tell all my customers to go here when Im asked for good restaurants that you might simply pass up. I know we passed it by several times just to go next door.... But this place has us hooked. Love those steak bowls =)

I love to come here! The sauce on the chicken and the seasonings on the steak and shrimp are absolutely amazing... I always come in for sushi, I get the crab roll shrimp tempora or cucumber rolls... I personally prefer mulan sushi over SoHo. The staff is nice and Ive never had any problems with my food or anything .. how many places can you say you went to like that? I come here a few times a week at least and they even deliver!

We stumbled upon this little gem by complete accident. It was amazing. Steak was cooked perfect and my scallops were delicious. My husbands shrimp were wonderful. We called in and got take out and brought it back to the hotel. Everything was ready for us when we got there and service was prompt even while the workers were busy.

This establishment is dirty, deplorable, and out right disgusting. We watched as our food was handled with much displeasure. We even saw the staff member do an unspeakable thing to our food . After much thought we will also be taking this up with the proper authorities till this establishment is either closed or revamped.

The place is dirty, cant imagine when was the last time they actually mopped. The staff is not friendly. The food is good and cheap. I hesitated entering the place because how it looks but my SO decided to try it so we did. We ate and didnt get sick so we would probably go there again.

This place is definitely one of my all-time favorites for Japanese cuisine in the Myrtle Beach area. The food is delicious, the portions are plentiful, and the staff is friendly. I love seeing Chow whenever I go, as he knows my order by heart!

Best hibachi around! Anyone complaining about price/serving size is retarded. I am a 230lb 64" weight lifter, and their chicken bowl fills me right up! Plus the staff is extremely nice, and the owner is always happy!

I have ordered from here twice and both times the white sauce was HORRIBLE. Its the worst I have ever had. It had a sour taste like maybe it had gone bad. This happened on two separate occasions months apart.
