Mon Cafe is truly, the Best Restaurant for delicious, fresh, Japanese Hibachi food. Have enjoyed Mons food for atleast 10 years now. Its always Consistant, Great tasting & exactly what I ordered. His "Owner Operated" business ensures quality and exceptional service. The Restaurant is, Always "Spotless." The Owner is a very nice gentleman. From the second you walk in youll feel at home in everyway. I Highly recommend Mon Cafe. Eat in or take out & Enjoy! ;))

Dont waste your time at Jimmyz Hibachi or Miyabi Jr. Mon Cafe is the only place you should be eating discount hibachi and sushi. I say discount because the prices are great, but its not a "gourmet meal." Its great for takeout or a quick lunch. Try the Crunch Crab roll and the Gyu-Don bowl, theyre awesome!! Also, pick yourself up the loyalty card- for every $100 spent, you get a whopping ten bucks off! Its a great surprise for a free sushi roll :)

Phenomenal food. Always fresh. Staff is very well trained at their positions. They offer a rewards card. The sweet tea is amazing here, oddly enough. The owner is a great guy, always courteous and friendly. Ive been coming here ever since they opened. Everyone seriously, stop going to Myabi Jr. and go to Mon Cafe instead. You wont be disappointed.

Came here on vacation today and was pretty pleased with the service and food. Ive been to a bunch of sushi restraints back home and was surprised that this on was really good. They have me alot of food for the price. Definitely on my top 3 list for my favorite sushi places and will definitely return again before heading back home.

My favorite place for a Japanese food fix. Good prices and friendly employees. Best part is they have a membership card which records your purchases and when reaching 1000 points, you get a free meal on them. Its not hard to reach those points because their food is good. Locals keep coming back!

Yum! AMAZING food, immaculate facility, great staff. By far, the best hibachi quick eats in MB. They use FRESH chicken, not frozen. The bowls are huge and piled high with the yummy seasoned rice and lots of meat and veggies. All for a really reasonable price. Will definitely be back soon.

Amazing food, staff, and atmosphere for a quick bite to eat or relax. The menu above the counter has plenty to choose from along with special board on the counter. They also offer deliveries. The owner is quite nice and is from Osaka, Japan. Definitely will leave with satisfaction.

Moved from Georgetown to Surfside about 2 months ago. Mon is my favorite place to go for a quick lunch or dinner. Im here about twice a week. Love it. I would recommend Mon Cafe over Miyabi any day.

This is the best place to go and eat with your family, kids eat free on the weekend. and they have a happy hour on the weekdays 2 till 5 i just love thier shrimp and steak!
