We were supposed to have dinner for a friends birthday here. The friend made a reservation days in advance for a large group. When we showed up they gave the reservation away to another group. Then they placed the blame on us. Saying that we changed it. There was a minimal effort to compensate or make the wait more enjoyable. After an hour without being seated, which I do understand that a restaurant cannot make space instantly appear, or offered anything in good will we left. I wanted to try a new place but left saddened at the horrible customer service. I really do hope the food is better than the service.

Yeah, most of my takeout order was ok. But the most expensive item I ordered was screwed up. I ordered filet and shrimp. I got steak and nothing. It would be really nice if people took better care to make sure things like that dont happen, seeing as how a takeout customer drives all the way down there. I dont feel like having to try and get someone on the phone to tell them so that they can tell me to come back and let them fix it. Its like the customer is punished for the carelessness of the restaurant. I just wont be using this japanese steak house again.

I visit here whenever i can afford it. It can get pretty pricey but its worth it. The owners and the staff are all really nice and ive had some fun conversations with the waiters. This honestly is the closest i can find in NoVA to the food I had when i visited Japan. The ramen is amazing and im addicted to the gyoza. I love okada!

Got to try this place right when the shopping center is getting a bunch of stores open. The ambience of the restaurant was very modern and it was clean as well. Food was good but for some reason something was missing... Will revisit again to see how they have gone I guess. Got some pictures as well

Food was good for hibachi without having to sit and endure any type of show. Good portion sizes and pricing. Went for lunch. Attentive service, good food. Id go back and try something new. They had quite a variety of options which makes it good for groups.

Love this place. GREAT SUSHI! Nice to get hibachi as a dinner without having to do a shared table and a show. Only down side is I HATE to go alone ;) too many yummy things Id like every time I go ! And I wish theys slide their lunch/dinner break to 4pm.

My wife and I have been coming here ever since it first opened, and never been disappointed. Everything on the menu is fantastic, but the sushi is what keeps bringing us back. The staff and the owner are always attentive and the service is top notch.

Extremely expensive! $6 for 2 pieces of sushi...?! The cheapest item is Edamame for $4.50... way over priced. No wonder they are usually empty when you walk by.
