I went to the new location that opened on Woodruff Rd. The patty melt was excellent, the fries were fresh and crisp. This location is so convenient to where I live, I was hoping it was going to be good. Well, the first trip was. Today I went again. I had the cod sandwich. It was fried fresh, but the fries had been fried earlier and were sitting under a heat lamp (was it even on?). The fries were cold and limp. There really wasnt any excuse for them to give me pre-fried fries. It was after lunch hour, and there were only a few people there, sitting down to eat already. I dont mind waiting AT ALL for fresh food, but I will not pay close to $10 for this. I am sorry to say I will probably not eat there again.

Bait and Switch ,Fake Discounts. Philly cheesesteak always "sold out" If I owned a restraunt and was continually sold out of an item I would increase supply. I doubt they actually have anything at advertised prices. Not worth my time to keep going, always have to go elsewhere to get what I want.

Burger was greasy and tasted like bloody hamburger meat. Fried mac n cheese bites were gross. My husbands Philly burger was wet and runny and falling apart. Tasted like crap. Greasy onion. Rings. 26.00. Expensive and awful. Just got home took antacids and may still throw up. Never again!

Food is good, and service is always great. The tables and floors are clean, but the napkin and salt and pepper dispensers always are GROSS. I attached some pics on Google Maps of the film. Staff just overlooks them while sanitizing the tables.

I have been here twice now and Im not impressed. The burgers are good quality but you can get the same (or better) at a nice restaurant for less money. Its way overpriced for the quality/quantity of food that you receive.

Everyone who works here has always been very nice to my family and I, even when my son spilled a full cup of fruit punch at dinner time. The food is always excellent, probably my favorite quick burger place in Greenville

I was hesitant to try this place because of the negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. The food and service were good. I thought the prices reasonable. My only concern was that the bun was not warm.

Always good food. Yes more pricey than McDonalds, but cheaper than say Red Robin. Convenient location on the not so busy end of Woodruff Rd.
