We waited nearly 20 minutes to order. Waited 45 minutes to get our food. I had a grilled chicken sandwich(2nd time its happened) and when we went up to get our cold food my chicken was half the size of a chicken breast It didnt even cover the bottom bun. I pointed it out to the staff member that its happened twice out of the handful of times that i have been there. He calls a manager over, older bald guy with glasses, he looks at it and says that the company they order from arent consistant on size and cant guarantee me a normal size chicken breast. Another staff member walks up and commented on how small of a portion the chicken is no doubt. Fries were also extremly skimmpy but I just wanted another piece of chicken to add to the bun for a full serving. They arent a cheap restraunt to go light on your meal and it isnt worth the wait. The staff member and manager tell me they will get me another piece of chicken and call me up when its ready. I sat there with my already cold food starring at my plate for like 30 minutes and they never called me up or come check on me. I was so hungrey I just ate it but it pissed me off that even after nearly an hour of dining in not once did someone try to make it right. Its like they blew me off completly. I have seen them drop the ball more than once in the past. Its a waste of money with all the staff members roaming around like theres nothing to do but calling out one order every 30 minutes its way past unsatisfactory.

When my order was called back, the cook, the white guy this evening on 8/13/16, showed facial expressions of frustration. They were quite busy, but his attitide was evident that he really didnt want to be there or he was not having a good evening and it showed. So my special requested food order was for lemon pepper fish with cheese, but it was served without cheese. When I mentioned and the guy checked against the receipt, then he took it to the black chef that just slapped the cheese on the sandwich, from the container of cheese, without melting it as others were covered and melted. I advised I wanted mine covered and melted too. Then I heard the guy say is this side of the grill closed down. But the fact that they failed to cook with cheese and the fact that he would have just served it to me cold!!!!! AND it was way toooooo much lemon pepper on my lemon pepper fish and my daughters lemon pepper chicken sandwich.

Do yourself a favor, avoid the sides and stick with the fabulous burgers. $5.00 Chili Cheese Fries - 1 star Meager portion, devoid of chili, cold and greasy. $4.00 Onion Rings - 1 star Meager portion, flavor is odd, go to Cheddars for great rings. $11.25 Burger - 5 stars One pounder, with grilled onions, bacon and pepper jack cheese. The bun was perfect. No fat lady sat on this bad boy! Best of all they ignored their own rules and served it medium rare and delicious! I have been going to Fuddruckers Restaurants for about 15 years but had never been to the Greenville location. One thing I LOVE is the jalepeno cheese sauce. They didnt have any. I was bummed and asked Curtis the Manager why... he said they normally dont have at this location but immediately offered to make me a fresh batch and bring it to our table! Woo-hoo! It was awesome, too. Big chunks of jalepenos made my day as I dipped their famous fries into it. Yummy. Excellent service, Curtis! Kudos to you!

Im a little on the fence about this location. The food is great and I like how you can dress up your own burger from the condiments bar. The only negative thing from my visit was that they gave away my order to someone else. I ended up getting that customers order which was a less value meal than what I paid for, and wasnt cooked the way I wanted it. It was still tasty and a great lunch with my honey. I love you Katarina♡♡♡

We decided to eat here since we have never been. My sister ( who is in a wheelchair) ordered a house salad and when she took a bite she found a hair. She took her food back to the counter and was told that they were to busy right now, 30 mins later she went back to the counter and the manager was not only rude and non apologetic but she also treated my sister like it was her fault. We will NEVER eat here again.

This is what my meal looked like. The fries looked like they were already chewed on and when I asked why they looked like that, I was given a bogus reason. I was not pleased with it and instead I had nothing but a bad attitude from the employee. Not forgetting how the burger was "medium-well" cooked. I regret coming here to get that kind of food specially after spending $45.00.

Came in Sunday 6/28/2015 at 11:05. Second customer. We tried to find a booth that did not have a lot of crumbs in the Crack and in the seats. Not successful. Then we searched through the restaurant for a table that had been cleaned. We settle for one that had less debris. Food was as good as normal, service was not very pleasant and no visual manager to discuss the tables with.

I think there meat and fries are really good and fresh but the portion of the fries is tiny and the toppings bar wasnt that big but it has all your basics and everything on it was good except for the lettuce it didnt taste good.The prices in my opionon are a little much for the portions but the staff was friendly and the place seemed very clean.

Ordered our food and waited and waited other customers got there food so I ask and they said we cant find your order I showed them my ticket and they said something must have happened to our printer so I ask for my money back and left to go somewhere else the manager said someone would call me the next day never happened

Food was up to par and service was friendly, but this place needs to be cleaned up. The majority of the dining room smells sour and the smell follows you to the condiment bar. Its hard to savor over the burger youre topping when you cant get the smell of urinal cakes stuffed into old socks out of your nostrils.

Three of us went to the Greenville location. Two of us received food in a timely manner. The other after a 25 minute wait asked about their food. It had been under the heat lamp all that time. Received refund, we will not go back ever to this fast food joint.

Great food friendly staff. I would eat this everyday if I could ... And the bakery is awesome I go in a get rolls for home and some cookies for the family.. if you havent been GO.....
