Well.., I just ordered a Combo Lunch, Double steak burger with fries and coke. Burger is some how ok. but the fries and coke - it is completely horrible. THE FRIES. I know fries is oily food but this fries - it is drenching with Oil. I asked to replace it with some good fries but it came the same way again. it just tasted as oil, i just threw out for the crows and gulls over there. the worst thing is event none of them havent picked it up. THE COKE. The coke tasted some how different but i never minded it, started sipping it. after few sips 4 to 5, I just started sucking the air.. Boy.. they just filled with ice 3/4 of the cup. Suckers. No, I am. I am not being to be sarcastic here, but i had very worst experience, i havent provided with proper food for what i paid. Thinking how these cheap companies making money and profit, I just left with whole empty heart (and stomach as well) with huge dissatisfaction. My heavy mind which little bit worried about the money spent is not the value earned (even though its few bucks), just decided not to visit Checkers again.

I will never come here again. It took me a while to write this review. My wife and I decided to eat here last week. We ordered our food and mind you thus was at 6pm. We did not receive our food almost til 8pm! We were waiting standing up for our food. There were only 2 people working there and the manager was so focused on getting drive thru out that he forgot about the people waiting outside. After almost 2 hours of waiting when we got our meal the fries were burned, the chicken was burned and I even got sick from it. The cleanliness of that store is disgusting. Grease all over the floors that they look like ice ballerinas sliding all over the place. The manager there is very rude. Not even a free cone for waiting almost 2 hours. Very dissapointed.

I use to go up there all the time until they hired new employees they have no customer service experience they are really rude me and my husband went up there at 4:36pm on 2/8/17 my husband order a plane sandwich we get to the window and it wasnt plan so my husband hands it back and says its not plane they scrap it off and try to hand it back and my husband says can I please get a new sandwich and stacy told him I dont understand the problem there was no mustard or any thing on it this is rediculous and rolls her eyes now mind you the bun is wet I will not go back up there until they have employees who know about customer service they have lost my business this is not the only time they have done this and Im fed up with the nasty attitudes !!

Yeah not worth it... I ordered 10 wings, a small fry, a vanilla ice cream cup, and a strawberry cheesecake stacker ice cream. They gave me no receipt and i waited patiently for 15 min. Same guy that took my order came and told me they ran out of the strawberry stuff. So then i had to change it and get the banana split one. Then i had to wait even more and he finally brought my order. When i get home i look at my banana split icecream to eat it and theres a LONG ASS PIECE OF BROWN HAIR IN IT!!! I was so mad i didnt check my food before leaving. They forgot my ranch sauce for my wings too... Paid $15 for some wings and ice cream and couldnt even eat it im very disappointed.

My experience in Town n Country Checkers with the Manager the African American man older fellow he was taking my order I was the first in line in front of 3 other customers and was the last one to receive my order it took a long while for me to receive my order. It was horrible he does not know how to great people when taking some ones order, he has an attitude problem and has poor customer service and the inside is poor in cleanseliness is not clean looks nasty the health Department should take a look at this place this Manager shouldnt even be there running the place hes an idiot. PS Would not ever go there again. This was today November 5, 2016.

Horrible service went through the drive thru and took 30 minutes to get my food i had a simple order that should have been about $14.65 got to the window and gave the guy a 20 the guy charged me 18.22 and gave me 1 dollar and some change back and said he didnt add the $3 item to my receipt which on my reciept it said 11.65 he never once said sorry and caught an attitude with me but eventually stated I was right and gave me my correct change.....then the food tasted like it was cooked in burnt grease..... my order was wrong had to ask for my drinks.....worst experience ever at a checkers......

Ordered some food for me and my family and when I got home, I realized I was missing a sandwich. So I went back with my receipt to pick up the sandwich and when I told the girl what had happened, she rudely said "I cant do nothing for you unless you have the bag with the food". Obviously I didnt have the bag, I had left it at my house. So they refused to give me my $3 sandwich, which is really sad and cheap. That $3 sandwich cost them my business. Horrible service.

Every time Ive visited this location something is broken, food items are out, or the "system is down." My orders have been wrong 8/10 times. Employees come off like customers are an inconvenience. Management has failed to respond to my concerns. I have not had a bad experience at other Checkers locations in the Tampa Bay Area. Youd think a company headquartered in this very city would do a better job at keeping track of its stores.

When I read the reviews I thought that maybe they fixed these issues BOYYYYYY was I Wrong!! The manager with long hair without a net a longgggg hair in our burger, waited 45 mins for two burgers and a old meat chilli burger. No gloves or hair nets food was super cold and the orders were prepared all wrong. This place is a bad representation of Checkers 0 stars!!! Nasty

The cashiers are very rude and unprofessional "rolling of eyes, smacking lips and talking like street trash" but thats what you get for hiring just whoever to run a business! I felt as if I was dealing with a group of adolescents! And the manager acted like the cashiers!! As for the food, it tasted like it was a day old. I will not be returning trust that!!

Aint nothing wrong with Checkers. I used to live in the area and Checkers was my favorite late night food stop. My favorite is the fries. I also like the fish sandwiches and the Apple pies. The prices are so low. I go to Checkers often for a cheap lunch. The people working there are always funny. The food is always made fresh when I order it.

AVOID. Even after repeating my order to them three times, they still failed miserably to make the order correctly. Very disappointing to bring a very small order home to my loved ones covered in ketchup, mayo and everything else I asked them 3 TIMES not to put on. After 4 failed attempts, This was my 4th and final visit to this establishment.
