Not nearly as good as it was previous times that weve been here. The food took a long time to arrive but it was pretty good we got it. When we asked for refills on the fries they took forever and they were very hard and dry when we got them. The service really was bad the waiter never came around we had to flag him down to get service when he did walk by us he was always looking away from us to avoid us, we have no idea why. We dont think we did anything to offend him? He also asked us to swipe our card on the little thing on the table before we even finished with our meal. I thought that was pretty tacky. Felt like we were being pushed out of the door before we even done eating! Not sure what that was all about? Did we look like we couldnt pay? Lol, I dont think so! Not a good experience for us tonight.

Ive been a HUGE fan of Red Robin for years. There arent many near Atlanta - so I rarely eat there. I used to eat there a couple times a month (when the burgers were like $7, not $10). Long story short - I wont go back after that terrible burger. I used to love the moist, tender, well cooked burger with juices running down my hand. My girlfriend and I both had dry, flavorless burgers that I would have expected to pay about $6 for. The fries are good ... but just like Fuddruckers, Red Robin has gone downhill (maybe even faster). You can get much better burgers for a LOT less money. Seriously, for the same price you can get Bison at Teds Montana Grill. VERY disappointed to see another place I loved go so far downhill. Fan lost....

Tried this place for the first time tonight because the wife wanted to try it. We were both disappointed, she had chicken sandwich and I had a burger. The burger was mediocre at best and the chicken sandwich was nasty. We even told the waitress that the chicken was nasty and she said "oh ok". Did she offer to bring something else? No! Apology? No! And the bottomless fries are a joke. They bring them out 10 at a time, literally 10 fries. And good luck getting more than two refills on that bottomless order. We waited 15 minutes on a second round and by the time they got there, everything was cold and ready for reheating,or the trash. Its ok, we paid, left and will never return.

Had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. Then waited over 30 minutes for a $12 burger to be cooked. When I got it, the meat was dry and tasteless. All of the juice was cooked out of it. The bottom bun was very soggy as well. I told the waitress and she said she could get me a knife and fork. For a burger. The only bright spot was the waitress was good. Also be careful about the game they place on each table. My wife picked it up and started playing trivia thinking it was free and they charged us a $1.99 "Entertainment Fee". It never said anything about the fee when she started playing.

I agree wholeheartedly with another reviewer that stated: "Fantastic burgers and onion rings, but the staff can be hit or miss. Some of the wait staff are awesome and facilitate a wonderful meal. Others seem absolutely miserable and act like its such a chore to even do so much as bring drinks to your table. If youre fortunate enough to get a good server, the food is basically always amazing." That review is right on! Weve had great staff there and weve had a few that seem like they would rather be anywhere else. But the food is always delicious!

Burgers were good but over priced. Our server turned my stomach my carrying our drinks between her arms instead of using a drink tray like most do. She asked me if I wanted a chilled glass for my beer and brought in to me between her arms while carrying other drinks too. Needless to say the chilled glass was warm and sweaty. Didnt go into the restrooms but I can imagine them filthy. If you want good burgers go to Five Guys and you wont have to deal with the servers with sweaty arms carrying your drinks. Overall it met my expectation

Waited 15 minutes to be seated by a hostess with a bad attitude. Was seated and brought an appetizer and drinks. Then waited another 20 minutes to take our orders by a waitress with an even worse attitude than the hostess. Then waited another hour for our food to be served. Everything was good and correct. The waitress was not attentive but was very attentive to the booth next to us. While waiting I saw our waitress eating food and talking to the other staff and pointing at us. So much for southern hospitality.

If these are "gourmet" burgers then Im Julia Child. On a trip from Boston to Key West, visiting family in between, and this happened to be on the way. Never again. If you dont serve high quality meat so that customers can have it prepared to their liking then you suck. People either dont know what a good burger is or have never had a great burger by which to judge these, either way they suck. Dont give a flip about how nice my server was or mostly wasnt; its all about the food which, you guessed it...sucks.

Showed up at around 4. Walked in and there wasnt a hostess. Waited for about two minutes and not a sole came to talk to us and there was no seat yourself sign either. However, a waitress and a bartender did see us standing there, but didnt say a word. And to top it all off, there was a waitress up on a window sill cleaning the blinds, her butt crack hanging out for all the restaurant to see. Never in my 26 years have I had this happened. Forget poor service, there was no service to be had.

The tower of onion rings with campfire sauce are genuinely some of the best Ive ever had anywhere.

Severely disappointed. Hadnt even ordered our food when a large roach walked right by my date on the wall. After warning the table behind us the bartender was called over...who proceeded to squish the bug right beside where my date was sitting. Needless to say we left before our drinks came out. Extremely disappointed in the hygiene of the restaurant and for that reason Ill be hesitant to ever come back.

My wife and I went the first time and we had burgers. With the burgers averaging around $9 we though they should have been much better. We went back a second time thinking that well maybe they had an off day and we should give them a second chance, Well the burgers were still below average. . .just nothing special. I suggest Five Guys or Quaker Steak & Lube would be better choices.
