Weve tried this location about 5 times, and only one did the food and service match expectations. Being from Seattle, Red Robin was always known as somewhere u could expect at the very least, great service. Since we moved to Brandon, this location has let us dow almost every time.. the service is not what weve come to expect in the least. Ex.- our last couple times in, our servers wouldnt even smile at us, and rarely would check to even see if we needed anything. This last time (and probably the last time for this location-Wesley chapel is better) When we ordered, she tried to run away without asking if wed want anything else, when she delivered our food, she did the same thing, I practically had to yell just to get sauce. Then, there was food in my sauce (that didnt come from me) and she blew it off like I put the food there. Normally when I go out to eat I like to tip my servers at least 25% cuz Ive been there, worked in the industry for 7 years. I know how hard it is, and that it takes certain types of people to handle it. Here- Ive only had one person that blew me away, she got 30%.. other than that, it doesnt feel like any of these people are actually getting trained. And if they are, they need to be held to a certain standard, because as u can see by reviews, they dont have the best reputation. Advice to management- train your people, encourage them to be the best, and your customers will respond..

On March 11th we visited this location for our 3rd time which will be my last. Extremely poor and slow service. We ordered pretzels for an appetizer, clucks and fries and a bacon burger with sweet potato fries. We waited 25 minutes for the preztels that came out cold with solidified cheese. Then within 5 minutes got our entrees, which were also cold. My husband didnt get his sweet potato fries until we told our server and the burger was drenched in mayonnaise on both sides of the bun. The server never came back to make sure we were good or to refill our drinks. The manager tried to fix the situation and took the burger off our bill since my husband didnt eat it. We then waited another 15 minutes to try and pay for the bill in which we couldnt find our server. Once we got him instead of just taking our card since we have been waiting so long he told us to use the machine on the table. We tried to use our visa gift card to pay but it kept getting denied so we decided to pay in cash since we didnt want to be there any longer. Come to find out the visa gift card actually was charged. Because we paid in cash and never saw our waiter again we never received a receipt for our meal. So in the end we paid for our meal twice for awful service. We looked to call and ask about the double charge and the online guest support page doesnt load. We will not be returning, at least to that location.

Last three times weve gone here we experienced bad service. Last night our server took almost ten minutes (with only one other table seated in our area) our drink orders brought out took our appetizer order and then brought out the apps. Forgot the ranch and mustard. No Napkins or silverware still. My wife ordered her sandwich open faced, which apparently is difficult as it came out wrong twice(she just ate it as is the second time) I then had to ASK for napkins and silverware. My burger also didnt come with the extra I had ordered on the side. I asked for my fries with no salt, received garlic butter fries. The times before this the servers that weve gotten have been slow. Ive been to many Red Robins in a couple of different cities, and we like the food. It will be a long time before we step foot in this Red Robin again, sorry three strikes your out.

The service was lousy. We were greeted by a hostess who was sitting down watching t.v.. She asked how many and then pointed to someone else and said she will help you... The second hostess brought us to a table in the back that was filthy. When asked if someone could wipe the table she returned with a single dry napkin and wiped off a small circle at the edge of the table! Our server arrived 10 plus min later to take our drink order then returned with a dirty glass...Someone else brought out our food and we didnt see our server again until it was almost time to cash out. It was a Tuesday night and the restaurant wasnt that busy so Im not sure why this establishment was so dysfunctional. Our overall experience was very disappointing. The food was actually pretty good but it was overshadowed by the service which left a bad taste in my mouth...

Have not been to Red Robins in a very long time. Decided to take family (wife and two teenager children) out for burgers. Restaurant was busy but we were seated pretty quickly. Server was very friendly, took our orders, delivered all our meals as ordered. We shared an order of onion rings and each of us got a burger with endless fries (gimmick), and a soft drink.The bill came to $70.54, including a tip the total came to $83.14. We wont go back again, its just too pricey for burgers. I dont see how familys can afford to go there. Food is good, service great but definetly overpriced. We will stick with Steak-n-Shake, where the same meal burgers, fries and a drink only cost $28.00. After all, a burger is a burger, right and we save $55.00.

This review is by no means a grade for the business as a company or even for this location, however is review for my experience as a patron on November 6, 2016. After waiting 40 minutes in a 30 minute wait, we were seated at a dirty table next to the bathroom. The floors were sticky and dirty, there was also trash on the floors all throughout the establishment from prior patrons. The music was was bad and the service was worse. I frequent this location and have never seen it this bad. On the plus side the burger was good.

Service good--food, average to poor--hamburger and bun, with a tiny bit of onion, tomato and pickle sloppily placed underneath the bun and on a plastic plate. Limited condiments, empty catsup bottle and rest of the stuff looked grubby so I didnt use any of it. The saving grace was good fries. Ice tea ok, $ 11.50. I have eaten at other Red Robins and found the burgers excellent to super excellent--this RR needs a tune up.

I get to-go from them all the time. Theyre always super nice and helpful and its extremely rare that anything is ever wrong with my order. I work a few blocks away so I go there frequently to pick up dinner on the way home. I get To-Go often enough that they know my order and always make sure Im taken care of. A very pleasant experience and I will continue to do business with them for all my burger-related needs!

My wife, two children and I were sat near the front. As our food was being brought out a cockroach crawled across the table! Needless to say we packed up and walked out, the manager plead that they were going to clean and were better than that, offering us gift cards as we left. I declined as I will never return to this restaurant under any circumstances. Completely unacceptable!
