Good food, bad location. I really love Krystal burgers, and the price isnt bad at all. The quality is fantastic for fast food, and customer service is usually just fine. Getting to the restaurant, however, is a nightmare. It is luckily positioned at a red light immediately across from Costco, but turning into Krystal and leaving are tremendously difficult. The food is good, the prices are fair, and service is usually reasonably quick even in rush hour, but good luck getting into the parking lot.

Horrible. Service was a joke. Lady didnt know what was going on. The wrong food was served. The Corndog was a joke it wasnt even cooked right and it tasted like an ashtray. Avoid this place at all costs. This place is a joke. Do not come here. The ceiling is even falling in. I hate to think it was a racial thing but maybe its just South Carolinas education system that has failed Society

Ms Angela and Ms Doris are what customer service is all about!! They are VERY friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to make your food and roadie SWEET TEA AMAZING!! I go every week (sometimes 2-5 times a week) and these 2 need to be cloned and put in EVERY drive-thru in AMERICA:-) LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

Ordered the 5 for 5, 2 cheese burgers no pickles, they put pickles on them, then 2 chicken sandwiches no pickles, they gave them to me plain no mayonnaise either, and didnt get the fries at all, waited at least 20 minutes, guess they were short of help, will be a good while before I go back

Sitting in the parking lot right now. at least a 15 minute wait. went through the drive thru, they told me to park, and Im waiting with six other cars. Two orders have come out to me that werent mine. They take too long and theres absolutely no organization here

Horrible horrible service. Everyone working here acted like they hated their life and gave everyone that came thru the door an evil look. And who doesnt have sweet tea at 8 in the evening, AND didnt bother to offer to make more. Never ever again.

Good food, reasonably fast and food service. Good prices especially during happy hour or using text deals or coupons. Love the junkyard fries, chicken wings, mini sliders, shrimp n mini dogs. Not quite White Castle but its the next best thing!

Slowest.....service......ever. Food ok but soda tasted like carbon water. If you see my other reviews, you will know I rarely rate places below a 3. Took over 20 minutes to order & get our food and there was only one couple ahead of us.

I love Krystal. The food, Im addicted, lol. But its also nostalgic for me, because this is where my grandfather and I would go. And he would tell me some amazing stories of his experiences within Krystals and we made a few of our own!

Ok food, the male cashier that took our order at the drivethrough and took our money at the window seemed bored and like we were taking time away from him being on his phone. Didnt smile once and wasnt personable AT ALL

What can you say? There is only one kind of this kind of burger! I like them. However, the service ALWAYS sucks, even when theyre not busy. Usually not even a "how are you?" OR a "thank you".

Its tasty but not healthy. Little tiny burgers, fries and Coke. Line at the drive through wasnt quick but who knows what the people ahead of me ordered. Lady at the window was polite.

I loved it! It was amazing, but the cashiers were hard to understand. The waiters were very friendly though. All together my experience as a 12 yr old, it was really enjoyable.

Went to Krystals for 4 times on Woodruff Road and always ask card only is Cash broken again I dont understand why I have to pay with card if I got cash in my pocket

Just another Krystal. Traffic is very bad in the area and it is difficult to get into the parking lot unless you are on the same side as the restaurant.
