May 15, 2015 -Just stopped for supper at Chipotle in Greenville at 5:30 pm. I love Chipotle! We got there at the end of a rush and the workers were restocking the food bins. There was a gentleman ahead of us, but he was waiting for them to restock the white rice. He told us to go ahead of him, so we placed our order with the young lady behind the counter. She got my tacos started, but ran out of foil. Her coworker, a young Asian man, made her throw out my order and take the other man first, which was embarrassing for her and for me. He seemed disrespectful to her in front of customers, which makes me very angry. He waited on me and I asked for fresh lettuce as there was just scraps of lettuce in the lettuce bin. He did not remove his gloves, but went in the back, opened the fridge door, took out the lettuce and with the same gloves put the lettuce into a separate container. He put the fresh lettuce back in the fridge, brought the small container of lettuce back to my tacos and with the same, now contaminated gloves, put the lettuce on my food and sent me on my way. I watched to see if he changed his gloves for the next customer and he did not. Gross! If I get sick, Ill know why! PS. There were flies on the food too! Gross!

I absolutely love Chipotle! I mean Im one of those crazy fans about how much I love it. However, this is the worse location Ive ever been to. Unfortunately, its also the one closest to my house. Since my last terrible experience, Ive been driving not that much further to the one on Woodruff Rd and the staff is much better there. Ive had online orders get lost, frozen corn salsa, and stale chips. Most of the time they are out of sweet tea. Everyone just generally seems rude and like they dont care that you are there. The latest thing to happen was I was double charged for a portion of my online order. I paid on my credit card and my husband went and picked it up, not realizing I had already paid. He was charged for a drink and chips a guac that was already paid for. When he got home and I realized what happened, I called and asked to speak to a manager. When I explained what happened, he very rudely said, "So what do you want? Your $3 back?" I told him no, I just wanted him to be aware and to make sure the employees were double checking the receipts. He was like umm okay well thanks. It definitely seemed like I inconvenienced him by calling up there. Its definitely worth going a couple of streets over to not have to deal with this staff.

My first visit to a Chipotle in 2 years after being stationed overseas and I was not satisfied with the customer service or employee hygiene. When I first began to order the person taking my request kept interrupting me and screaming at some young lady at the cash register so I had to repeat myself several times. When I usually give an order its usually done the first time. while placing my order I saw that the cook had dropped some pieces of meat on the kitchen floor and did not wash it and proceeded to put it on the grill. I called for a manager and the manager refused to address the hygienic situation at hand and gave me free guacamole. I do not think a two dollar deduction from my meal did not cover the damage that was done that day. I told the manager that he could shove the two dollars where the sun dont shine and walked off. After 2 years of service, I can say that I suffered more psychological damage in this Chipotle than I would have in battle.

Me and my husband LOVE Chipotle! Their food is so fresh and healthier than most "fast food" places. This is one of my go to places to eat. The service at this particular store has been pretty good. BUT there are 2 things I would say: 1 is that someone needs to take the time each day, or even every few hours, to pick up trash outside. I honestly dont know why people trash that area up, but when I walked into Chipotle last night, there was trash all over the grass and near the patio area. It just didnt look professional or clean, and I know Chipotle cares about that. The other thing is that every once in a while the chips we get are really stale or not cooked all the way, so they are not crunchy. We almost always get it to go. So when we get home and find stale chips, theres not much we can do. :/ But other than that, keep up the amazing food and service! Please keep smiling and working hard, you guys are doing great!

Eating at this particular Chipotle is like eating out of a hot garbage can that was cooled back down to room temperature. I love Chiptole, but this location makes me want to fast, for weeks, until im dead. Im convinced that the people cooking cannot feel or register heat, so they dont know when anything is cooked properly. The owner is likely a shareholder at QDoba hellbent on single-handedly destroying the Chiptole brand by creating this abomination of a restaurant. The other Chipotle in Greenville is better. Still not going to win any awards, but at least its not a culinary disaster like this train-wreck. I will petition Google to allow for zero star reviews in the future because 1 star is one too many.

Lets start with the lady that made my burrito, and I will say she did a wonderful job with a smile! Now, the tortilla seemed like it was old & dry, steak was old and tough! When I got up to the cashier and ask for chips she said there was none two seconds later she went into the back and got some, when I asked for a large soda she said they were out of large cups few seconds later another worker came up with a whole stack of them. It was just a weird experience and dont know if I would go back! First time I have had any problems with a Chipotle restaurant and I love Chipotle!

The service at this location is terrible. I understand that it is difficult when they are busy, but that does not excuse being downright rude. I went to the cashier to try and get a lid for my leftover bowl and an extra bowl for my boyfriends taco. I asked her for these between her ringing up other orders, because I was trying to disrupt her pace as little as possible. She set a lid on the counter and then proceeded to act like I did not exist as I stood there waiting for another 3 or 4 minutes, hoping shed give me the extra bowl. Terrible service.

So I visited this Chipotle with my 85 year old Grandpa while on vacation and I just have to say that my visit was awful. I am a plus size customer and I asked for extra corn and the lady responded "are you sure about that maam?" in a sarcastic tone. I proceeded to order a tray of tacos for my grandparent and they were not in line with me and I over heard the staff making weight comments. I do not often write reviews but E.coli is not the only thing driving customers away, its your rude employees. I will never step foot in this Chipotle ever again.
