Two bad experiences with this Pizza Hut in general, the recent one we order pizza over the phone told it would be $32.60(by a girl) and itll take 25 minutes(we ordered at 7:51) called at 8:53 to let them know we never got our order, apparently they never put our order in. The manager Tim was rude and said he couldnt do anything about it. suggest going somewhere else if you want decent service

Desarae, who says she is the manager at this Colorado Ave Pizza Hut is extremely unprofessional. I have never wrote a review on any company before now but her blatant disrespectful rude attitude and lack of decent customer service skills were so extreme that for Pizza Hut to say she is not only an employee but a manger of this store gives the company as a whole a very bad name.

I called for a takeout order and was put on hold and they never came back to the phone so I hung up after waiting for 5 minutes. Later I tried again was able to place an order. Pizza was soggy and they skimped on the cheese and toppings. Basically I had a pizza that was dough and sauce with a sprinkling of toppings, TERRIBLE! I wont go back!

Originally I was upset with the pizza that I orderd and gave a 2 star which iam changing to a 4 star because pizza hut worked with my complaint to make it right. I will continue eat pizza hut because its hard to find good customer service now a days and for them to own up for there the mistake is big In my book

The pizza looked burnt there was more crust then pizza no toppings maybe one pepperoni no cheese on it sauce for the bread stick was thin and gross the only thing that was good was the wings never again will I waste my money

Great pizza taste but too salty. Everytime I order pizza here, my body begins to swell due to all the sodium that is put in the pizza. They really know how to make a good crust but the sodium is really too much.

I was delivered a pizza that wasnt fully cooked. It was barely warm and dowie. This isnt there first screw up coming from this store. I love Pizza Hut but this store definitely need better management.

This place is TERRIBLE. They refuse to answer the phone, pizza is ALWAYS cold and late, the pizza isnt even good when its on time. Absolute worst place of business Ive ever encountered.

Pizza has never been on time. The most recent time I ordered here, estimated delivery time was an hour and thirty minutes. Actual time was 2 hours and 45 minutes. Too slow.
