In the past when I got a craving for pizza I would rotate between Pizza Hut, Westshore Pizza and EastCoast Pizza, depending on what type of pizza experience I wanted. After my neighbor got a job as a delivery driver at the Pizza Hut in Gibsonton and told me about how the cooks were spitting, putting nose waste and other things in the pizzas. After hearing this I stopped buying pizza from Pizza Hut for a couple of years, replaced them with Hungry Howie and Poppa Johns. Since no one made the BBQ like Pizza Hut I started ordering from them again, new management and staff, I heard. Well, Friday I ordered a large BBQ Beef, a Meatlovers pan pizzas and an order of breadsticks. When the driver handed me the order I noticed the breadstick package appeared to be damp, as if it had been steamed. Once I opened the pizza box my wife and I noticed the pizza dough was not crispy and felt like it too had been steamed. We ate a couple of slices anyway, thinking the dampness may have been cause by the pizzas being in the air tight delivery bag to long. The left overs were put into the refrigerator as usual to be eaten later. Saturday night we thought we would have a slice. Upon opening the box we noticed mold on the BBQ pizza. It was after hours so I was not able to call Pizza Hut until Sunday. On Sunday I called and spoke to the manager, Michael. I explained the above and his response was " I. never heard of this situation, and suggested it wasnt dampness I saw but oil/grease from cooking. He the said its been two days since ordering, sorry nothing he could do. Im very disappointed, obviously there was a problem and it wasnt our storing it in my refrigerator which is set at 35 degrees. We normally have left overs for a day or two. NO MORE PIZZA HUT.

Wow! Ordered delivery,I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and no pizza...wtf.so I called and asked where my food was at and they told me the dude who put the order in put in for carry out...so now me and my family are really hungry and upset so they told me they would discount the pizza for free,so Im ok with it at the moment.then I had to wait another 45 to a hour,so get this when the pizza gets here the delivery guy try to charge me full price for,so now Im just super pissed cause the manager told me it would be free,them he asks what the manager told me I said she told me it was free and he replies oh I didnt know she didnt say anything to me...so now I call pizza hut back up and ask if the delivery guy was aware the my pizza was free and she says yes he knows it was free in fact he was the one that made the order originally, wow this pizza hut was the worst Ive ever had and on top of that the pizza wasnt even fresh when I got Im never getting food from there again...I honestly think the dude knew in the first place and was trying to charge me so he can pocket all the money his self wtf thats the most rediculous thing Ive ever heard of

We have ordered from this restaurant three times now, and have been disappointed in some way or another all three times. Its as if they need a staff overhaul for all except for maybe one driver. The pizza is lazily thrown together, 3 topping pizzas that we pay extra for barely had any toppings on them and the cheesy bites look like someone took a brick and smashed them. We have had drivers with attitudes and just about every pizza we have gotten was cold and rubbery, and missing things we ordered with/on it. I had high hopes for the restaurant because the pizza hut we used to frequent actually put effort into making and delivering their food. We gave them three chances and its disappointing that it would have been faster, more appetizing, and more economical to drive to a store and buy a frozen pizza. Take your money elsewhere!

Ordered delivery online said order should take 30-40 mins plus 10-15 minutes for traffic even though the restaurant is a mile down the road. We waited 60 minutes, called the pizza Hut to check on out order they told us the pizza was in route, they told us we needed to wait 20 minutes and if the pizza doesnt show up still call again. 20 mins go by we talk to the manager he said the pizza was in route and we needed to wait an additional 20 more minutes... an hour and a half later still no pizza. We call the restaurant again they tell us pizza just left shouldnt be any longer than 10 minutes, we were getting annoyed and said the pizza has been in route for 40 minutes as it is. The pizza shows up 2 hours later and the pizza was cold... never will I order pizza from here again...

This has been a long time coming, but I could not get it out of my mind. My family was here from Ohio in January. We went to Bush Gardens and had a wonderful time. We stopped at this Pizza Hut because it was close to home. It was about 7:15 pm. The place was filthy, there were only two other tables with customers so you would think the service would be outstanding. We ordered 3 large pizzas. They were good, but we had to get our own drinks as the server would rather talk with the other associates than take care of her customers. As you would expect the tip was skimpy and so will our visits be with Pizza Hut.

Made the mistake of going here on a Saturday night (and during final 4). While we could see at least 10 people in the kitchen area, they were still waaay under staffed. The guy who seated us failed to mention the hour and a half wait time the other waitress was telling people. We saw about 3 large parties leave. He didnt write our order down so of course it was wrong. We ordered chicken wings that never came but they were on the bill so we had to have it removed. The water on the soda dispenser wasnt working and no soap in the mens restroom. Dont go here!!!!

Worse services ever. I placed an order online, I picked it up and when I got home I realized that I got the wrong order. I called then and their response was: "oh yes, we noticed, please come back and we will fix it". Really?????? You noticed that you gave me the wrong order and you didnt have the consideration to call me and tell me to turn back(because of course, you have my phone number). I went there and spent 40 more minutes waiting for my order. Please take your money to Papa Johns or Dominos.

They mine as well close down the dine in area of the restaurant. A table sat uncleaned for our entire visit (about 45 min). Our waiter was taken care of 3 tables, all phone calls, and the cash register. The waiter was nice and understood our frustration, I could tell he had some frustration about his situation. I like the family restaurant atmosphere of the sit down pizza hut restaurants but it seems their priorities have changed. They are becoming ONLY a delivery pizza restaurant.
