The food is always enjoyable here as is true with most Boston Market locations. Unfortunately, I believe the staff must be honor graduates from the "Soup Nazi School of Customer Service". Ive never encountered such a consistently combative and unpleasant crew. I get it...its a fast food gig. But get your act together over there. Management; think about a customer relations refresher course or something for your counter employees or implement one if it doesnt exist.

I could eat Boston Market everyday if my fiance let me! She says its not the healthiest and also like $10 per person which adds up when you eat it 7 days a week. Yeah, I mean I get it. Still, its delicious. I guess if I had a million dollars, Id be rich enough to eat here everyday and live my dreams.

Stopped in with my mom and 3 kids. The manager was Amazing. She went above and beyond with helping to make sure all my kids were happy. We had excellent service, she kept checking on us. Even dropped off my moms carrot cake when we walked away without it. I would highly recommend stopping in.

This is by far the best Boston Market I have been to in the Greater Cleveland area. They keep it EXTREMELY clean, and the staff is always very friendly. Top notch! Correction to the hours: Mon-Sun 11:00AM-9:00PM.

Had the worst case of food poisoning. Ive been sick for the past 2 days - Stay away from the meatloaf. Use to love to come to Boston Market, but this location is not what it used to be.
