WORST Pizza Hut ever. It is only a carry out/delivery place which is fine, but the customer service is nonexistent and the waiting area inside is disgusting. Twice our order has been wrong (wrong sauce on wings--something you cant tell from visually checking) and our order has never been ready at the stated pick up time--we have been stuck there waiting up to half an hour after when our order was supposed to be completed. I understand that mistakes happen, and I am happy to wait extra time if something goes awry, but not a single employee tried to explain why our order was unfinished nor did anyone apologize, thank us for waiting, or anything. They acted like we had done something wrong to them. Total suckfest.

If I could rate this pizza hut less than a zero, I would. Twice I have ordered online, waited more than 1 hour after the eta we were given and received cold food. When you call them to complain they tell you they dont know why the driver has been gone so long he only had one more delivery. The poor delivery guy gets here and we find out he had 3 other delivery before mine. I believe the driver and not the assistant who lied. Will never order there again.

Worst pizza hut ever! Ordered twice and both times the pizza was under cooked and soggy. Called the store to complain and they said they would make a new one. When I arrived the store was closed and they wouldnt open the door even after I told the 2 burnout idiots why I was there. I left and ended up cooking the pizza the rest of the way in my own over. This place is rediculous.

Dont know why there are so many bad reviews. Ive always had good service and fast delivery time of my pizzas from ordering almost till close to right when they open and all times varying in between. people just complain to complain I believe
