I placed two pick two orders and a fruit cup for rapid pick up and went there and was missing cheese and croutons on the French onion soup and no fruit cup. When I got home my salad was filled a quarter of the box with 1 tspn of dressing. When I went back up to have it fixed the manager ASHLEY was extremely rude and short and did not care. She sent me home with a salad that DID NOT have avocado on it that I paid extra for. When I called she argued with me and talked over me and REFUSED to refund my meal and make it right. I told her I did NOT want a next meal comped but rather my meal refunded and advised we would be going to JASONS DELI from now on. The manager ASHLEY hung up on me. I will NOT be going to this panera anymore. AWFUL SERVICE AND YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Love their food but the service is terrible. I get breakfast from here every weekend and half the time they leave stuff out of my order. Theyve left out oatmeal, bagels, sandwiches, and today they left out the cream cheese. I got three bagels and three cream cheeses and left the cream cheese out. Who does that?! Thats the most basic thing that goes with a bagel. Also, how hard is it to check that everything is in the bag?! They sure charge for it - but cant be bothered to make sure the order is correct. Eating inside is no better. The cashiers are snippy and the tables are usually dirty. There is another location on woodruff that is completely different - very clean and better service. Must be management.

Asked for delivery directly to hotel room. Driver got to hotel, called me from the front desk, told me corporate policy was not to deliver directly to the room for driver safety concerns. I explained to the driver, over the hotel phone, that I was sick and would she please give me the courtesy of delivering to my room. I also explained that I have had successful room delivery every week prior to this delivery. She flat told me no and that I have to go to the front desk. I went to the store to speak with Jill, the General Manager,. Jill was to busy to come out and relayed to me, through the cashier, and reiterated the corporate policy. Poor management decision!

Got a Bacon Turkey Bravo. It was evident that I got the very last of the prepared meat which was about an inch and diameter and stacked two inches high. The meat was watery and tasteless. Whoever made the sandwhich was more concerned about doing what was convenient for them rather than providing what I paid for. I am a regular customer at this Panera, but this is my last trip to this location.

The last 3 times I have gone to this Panera my order has been wrong. The last visit will definitely be my last to this Panera. We ordered bbq chicken flatbread - not only were both of them wrong, but there was almost no chicken on them (I wish there was a way to include photos on reviews). I asked for, and got, a refund. - went to another Panera and had a much better experience!

Visited this location today and was disappointed to hear that all of the soufflé s were sold out . It was only 9:00 and when I asked what time they usually make them until I was told at least 10:30. So I ask you why were there none and why was I told there would be no more made at 9:00. This is bad business and a great loss of income for you as a restaurant.

First time actually eating a meal in a long, long time at Panera. Order incorrect, as were two ther patrons. Pumpkin latte is terrible! Asked employee if I had ordered correctly from kiosk, was told yes. Neither of the employees mentioned if order was incorrect, heres a treat for the inconvenience. Employees were totally indifferent... Wont return.

The cashier took forever to ring me and my sister up. Then when I was about to get my food and they were out of my bread for the Italian combo and they gave me french bread. Then they didnt leave off the tomatoes and peppers. I have been to lots of Paneras and never had this kind of service. Overall, I was a very dissatisfied customer.

I ordered a bagel unsliced, hazelnut cream cheese, and a large iced coffee. They gave me a sliced bagel, plain cream cheese, and a medium iced coffee. Unfortunately, I did rapid pickup so I was in a hurry to get to work and could not check behind them. I will be making sure I check my order before leaving the cafe from now on.

Second time at this location and this location, in particular, is ALWAYS out of something. Today it is out of bread and lemons. Really? How does Panera run out of bread? Its the beginning of the week and way before they close. I highly recommend the Simpsonville location. I will never return to this one.

Had the WORST food experience through the drive thru so I contacted management and all I got was a sorry. Had to throw my food away and go somewhere else. Soup was clearly watered down and sandwich was hard and cold. Would NEVER go to this location again.

Love the new location! Im really glad weve got a Panera Bread in the area with ample seating space now. Their menu: delicious and diverse. Not a bad stop for coffee either. For $5, theyve got a better coffee/pastry combo than Starbucks.

Every day at lunch a customer that only purchases a small coffee sits at the outside tables smoking and ruining the experience for non smokers. It is always cold inside the restaurant otherwise this would be less of a concern.

3 different meals. Mine and daughters had wonderful experience. But mothers chicken noodle had nothing but broth. No noodle or chicken with 4 carrots. Disappointed due to we are out of town.
