Well I call in and ask for a delivery and the lady who claims to be the manager takes my information and then proceeds to tell me Pizza Hut does not deliver after 10 p.m. So I call another Pizza Hut store and the phone number to that store is (864) 277-1222 and I ask their manager is that a new company policy and hey told me absolutely not, they all take deliveries up until the time the store closes. Its unfortunate to desire food and service from a restaurant of your choice and then not receive it, So then a lady tells me shes new and its her first day, so then I call back and I ask for a manager and she tells me shes the manager and its her first day working at that particular store but yet shes been Working for pizza hut for 7 good years, I dont know whats going on here at this location but I can understand why there are so many 1 star reviews, of people would just do their job the correct way and not cut corners we could all enjoy a slice of pizza, I tip my hat to 7 more lovely years with the Pizza Hut group (rick ross aka William purchased your percentage)

Ive always ordered from this pizza hut is usually really good! But Im not sure whats going on last Friday! The pizza was the worst. The dough was not done when I called back to complain I was placed on hold for 20 mins and then going up on! I called back and the manager has the worst attitude and asked if I wanted a credit. I said no my family is hungry nor can you just remake my order correctly? He insisted they were to busy but said I could get it remade in an hour. So I waited when I picked up the second order it was worst than the first. The dough was completely undercooked that it didnt even get cut through. It was flat and didnt even rise. Im really disappointed with management because they were not even apologetic about the issue. I could have been rude and caused a scene bit remained professional and polite.

Literally the worst pizza ordering experience I have ever had with a company. Our pizza was over an hour later due to "car problems" (the guy that delivered it said the first driver was in an accident) Manager "Mark" told my girlfriend the pizza had been remade and sent back out. When the pizza got here it was cold and the cheese was completely solid, definitely not made fresh. A manager lying to a concerned customer after their food is over an hour late? Please Pizza Hut corporate shut this place down and let the next GED applicant try the management gambit.

I placed an on line delivery order yesterday as it was cold, rainy and I didnt want to get out. About 5 minutes later I received a phone call saying they had no drivers for 3 more hours but I could drive and pick up the order. I opted to cancel the order, cold and rainy hence the reason for delivery. A few hours later my debit card was charged for the order... the one I cancelled. Now to do the dance with them to reverse the charge, joy joy.... Im done with this location. $5 hot and readys are right across the street, all day long.

Horrible experience every time I have visited this location. They are extremely slow!! (Even when they dont seem to be very busy) They are not apologetic for being so slow, and twice now, they have left items missing from my takeout order. When I go back for the item, they almost refuse to get a manager and then the manager doesnt care, and I have had to insist some type of compensation. I will give the Powdersville location a try, and if no improvement, I will definitely switch to Papa Johns where they care about customer service.

Order my pizza over an hour ago at this Pizza Hut location on Highway 153 and when I call the store to find out where my pizza was they told me it was going to be a two-hour delay which the man who answered the phone said he tried to call me numerous of times my phone has been in my lap and has not rung so I think the Pizza Hut Corporation need to find them a new manager and a new crew for the 153 location because they suck balls

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE!!! Order pizza at lunch time and they didnt even bring the pizza til an hour after it was supposed to be delivered I told them they could keep it bc I wasnt paying for cold pizza! My sister wanted pizza and Im sick so I ordered it to get sent to her house and its ANOTHER hour after it said itd be delivered AND I already paid for it! I will NEVER go back to Pizza Hut again! They are HORRIBLE!

ordered pizza online and it saod the pizza would be delivered within 45-55 mins. A hour and 15 min later I call only to find out it is a 2 hr wait and if I want to come pick it up it would be a 35 min wait. Employee stated that he tried to call me a few times to see if I still wanted my order. Now all the restaurants are closed in easley and I have nothing to feed my children.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced with a phone order. They delivered to my house earlier this week but all of a sudden they cant deliver out here. When I explained they had just been here a few days before the woman on the phone got aggressive with me. If you dont like working with people, dont work in a service job. We wont be buying from Pizza Hut again.

Well this time they were out of ingredients for our pizza, last time they were out of the crust we order..... This place needs new management that can have ingredients and crust in stock so when you order online, you dont get a disappointing call about your order. If its going to be we give you what we have not what you ordered, then lets just get Little Cesars.

I ordered a normal bbq pizza from these guys and what I got from them was paper thin with no sauce on it. I called back and talked to a manager and all he said was "No I remember seeing them make that exact pizza and they put the bbq sauce on it". I will be calling corporate in the morning, but for now just avoid this specific pizza Hut like the plague.

Dont even bother trying to place an order here.. They wont pick up the phone and if they do they will put you on hold until you hang up and then refuse to answer if you try to call back. Im not kidding when I say most frustrated Ive ever been while just trying to order a pizza for my family. Couldnt even talk to a manger if you wanted.

worst pizza hut ive ever been to. they delivered the wrong pizza and the lady over the phone continued to argue about it. great customer service. we ordered it at 9:25 and it arrived at 11:00. on a TUESDAY. so the fact that they were rude was totally uncalled for. looks like im switching to papa johns.

Ive ordered from here before and havent had issues but this time its falling in line with the rest of the reviews. I have been waiting almost 2 hours for 1 pizza and cheese sticks. I am located 2 minutes from this place and I called 20 minutes ago and they said my food was going out the door now.
