Where do I begin?? I have been going there for years and always had good customer service and food..In the last 3 months I have had to contact the corporate office in Atlanta about what keeps going on there..I frequent there @ least twice a week and sometimes more..My son just loves it there.. On one of my visits (always to the drivethru) I specifically asked for NO PICKLES) and got half-way home (20 min ride) and realized there was pickles on them..I usually always check and most always they are made as ordered but not lately..So I called and told them what happened and they appologized and said to come bk and get the new ones..When I arrived the drivethru was backed up so I went in and the employee (mr. curly) had told ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES) who made it a point to turn around and all stare and whisper among theirselves upon my arrival..Very unprofessional!! Then when I got home the sandwiches were so full of salt we couldnt even eat them..I called back to tell them and you could hear snickering in the background..They appologized again and said that the buns were near the seasoning or some bs and I said then you need to move them and he said bun warmer was broken..Then the other day April 5,2011 I had a promo coupon buy 6 get one of 4 things free and the mgr (Rachel) would not take it bc the last employee only stamped 5 spots instead of 6..The mgr knows I always get 6 sandwiches bc i have had issues with her before and had to report her..She acts as though the money for the promos are coming from her own pocket..If chicfila is going to run promos then honor them and dont make the people using them feel as though you are giving them free food and they are low lives by not paying for the sandwich..This manager doesnt need to be in the customer sevice mgr position..That is the last job I (as a patron) would guess she has..She is very rude and has no people skill at all..I have other instances but am tired of typing..JUST A LITTLE WARNING....IF YOUR ORDER IS WRONG GO IN AND WATCH THEM REMAKE IT AND MAKE SURE YOUR PROMO CARD IS PROPERLY MARKED IF YOU PLAN ON USING IT..

Our daughter has Celiac Disease, so while traveling we always stop at these restaurants. Generally, they are super accommodating and keep her safe and healthy. We just left the Hendersonville location extremely disappointed. They told us they are unable to do any chicken without the marinade, including the grilled nuggets. This is unlike any other restaurant we have visited while traveling across the East coast. I understand these are franchised, but there is something to be said for being knowledgable of allergens, as well as keeping your customers safe. Not sure why its so difficult for the employees of Hendersonville location.

This chick-fil-a has always been fast, friendly, clean, and served great food. One thing that keeps them from being a five star is the chaos out in the parking lot since their remodel and redesign of the parking lot and traffic flow last month. Traffic gets jammed up because everyone funnels into one lane to the left not knowing there is a second lane to the right. Now the manager has to actually be outside guiding traffic. Horrible design. It was way better before.

Its really frustrating to call an order in 20 minutes before you get there, and still have to wait another 15 minutes after you get there for it to be ready. If this was a one-time occurrence it wouldnt be a second thought, but this location is consistently one of the slowest chick fil a locations I eat at. Lucky for you, your food is delicious and employees are friendly. Hopefully the renovations youre getting ready to do will speed up the preparation process.

Its cow appreciation day today. Me and my husband got off work this evening at 630. By the time we got to cfa, straight from work, it was 7:07 and thats too late. I get that it ends at 7, but take care of your people running just a few minutes behind. Its only had a time limit for a few years. Its not completely possible to speed through traffic just to carry on a fun tradition that youve done for years. from a family that normally LOVES CFA.

Our order was placed at 2:06 p.m. We were given a plastic thing and told our order would be brought to our table. After 20 minutes I had to go back up to the counter and tell the young man that He had forgotten us! Who had been running around doing nothing. The counter was completely empty...meaning every one had been seated and served! The people at the table beside of us had even went back up and gotten more food! My order# 2845125.

I always have a pleasant visit whenever I eat at this establishment. My daughter loves the chicken strips and the indoor playground. In return of taking her to play and eat, I get to sit, eat and watch her have fun. The food isnt too expensive for how good it always is. Restrooms are always clean and that in itself deserves 5 stars. Thanks Chick-fil-a for the service which is always good.

I love going to Chick-fil-A in Hendersonville North Carolina the employees and management are always a hundred percent food is expecially good my favorite is the chicken soup I try to go as often as possible Ill stop by for breakfast and get the little chicken bites also my favorite I am so honored they are part of my local community

The food is always great but since this location remodeled and put in the double drive thru the wait times are ridiculous. Two lanes didnt make things more efficient it just doubled the wait time. Dont stop here if youre in a hurry. Took 25 minutes from the time I got in line until I got my food. Very disappointed.

My favorite fast food chain restaurant! They have the best chicken. Their food is quick and comes out hot! Friendly people and amazing service. Their bathrooms are clean and tidy. Love this place! I would recommend the chicken sandwich or nuggets/strips! Hope you found this review helpful!

Passing through on our way to Asheville. Our food was great and service was excellent. We walked in just ahead of a large bus with about 60 young college girls and coaches and these folks handled those orders with ease and had them out the door within 10 to 15 minutes. Wow! Awesome job!

This Chick Filet was remarkable. With two lines of cars around the drive through and no empty parking spaces, I was served inside in less than 10 minutes. Food and service were beyond exceptional. They even had runners outside hand delivering food to drive in vehicles behind other cars.

We eat here on a regular basis, as it is the only nearby fast food place that still has a playground. Fast service, and consistently good quality of the food. Can be very crowded at times on weeknights, as it hosts school spirit nights and seems to be a favorite spot for sports teams.

The food is good but I will never give them my business nor a single penny. Nothing more than a bunch of homophobic bigots in my opinion. If I could give zero stars I would, just so the bigots that own this company understand how wrong they are (which sadly will never happen).
