At first it seems like a nice new Pizza Hut, clean and friendly staff, however after getting seated and going to the bar we discovered the selection was awful. The salad bar is gone. The only the thing that they have is one small bar with 5 pizzas and pasta salad. The pizza selection was awful instead of the standard pizzas, it 2 sausage, 2 bbq chicken and apple pie pizza. The bread sticks were out. I would suggest they have the standard cheese pizza and pepperoni and one veggie pizza for the people who dont eat meat. They should keep the standard 5 pizzas on the bar and deliver the special request to the tables vs having you choose from what another person requested.

Self-serve? What is that? Walked into Pizza Hut in Florence and was told this was the wave of the future. Im not sure when this happened, but I will never eat at this Pizza Hut again. The tables were sticky and we had to ask to have it wiped off. When we finally got our pizza, we discovered that you now have to eat off of paper plates with plastic silverware. They were out of Parmesan packets. No longer is this on the table for use when it is needed. In addition to all of this our pizza barely had any cheese on it.

The waitress took our order, but never brought our food. Instead, she served guests at the table next to us. As a waitress if you dont see any food on a table with people, common sense would advise you to ask if they need anything. I didnt say anything I was testing my patience. As soon as I had enough, another waitress came over to apologize, serve us our food, and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Because of her Im willing to give this place another try.

My kids and I went to the Irby street Pizza Hut for the Lunch Buffet. Walking in we were shocked that we didnt actually see a buffet or salad bar. The wait staff would bring out the salad and the pizzas as they were cooked. The waitress we had was fantasic!! I refused to go to this location for over a year because the service was terrible but after the experience at the lunch buffet...I will be going back!!

Ordered personal pan to go. Delishio, it was during a busy time so wait was twenty eight minutes even though I called order in. The store is clean including kitchen area. Very friendly staff.

Waited for mins for a pick up which should only be 15 to 20 mins for a pick up and then for got an item and told us we had to wait another 15 mins and there was one in the warmer
