Needs improvement. This establishment based on other Chic-Fil-A restaurants (not the others in Florence, because they are disgusting) in NC and other areas of SC gets 2 stars. The cashier yelled out "Can I help you?" and wasnt even looking at us. He was like a zombie. Another worker (it was not busy in the restaurant at 3 p.m.) was eating fries over the area where the fries are cooked. The play area smelled like mold. The tables were dirty. The fries were cold, unsalted and my kids were just not interested in eating it. The lettuce in my salad had seen better days. I was ready to bring the whole tray of food back up, but decided it would be the last time I ate there. I hate fast food, but will go to Chic-Fil-A if we are shopping and get hungry because it is better than McDonalds or Burger King. My one daughter wanted a shake and the cashier said "This is made especially for her, taste it and tell me if its the best shake you have ever had." It was creepy. The same kid eating the fries walked past the cashier area with ice and said "We need more nights like this, where there are hardly any customers to annoy us." I was standing right there. Im sure he wouldnt have said that with a line of customers waiting for food. I guess what can you expect with teenagers running the place, because even the manager looked about 17. The play area needs to be sanitized, it just stinks. I would not let my kids barefoot in there. They need to step it up a notch, check their lettuce, not eat fries in front of customers (short, white kid with brown wavy hair) and actually clean the tables. Bad example for the Chic-Fil-As everywhere. The one near the mall and in the mall is even worse as far as cleanliness, customer service and food quality, but any restaurant in Florence is lacking in many areas.

Staff are very courteous and friendly. The dining experience is much like that of a higer end restaurant. They have plenty of seating this includes, booths, high top tables, and regular tables. They have a big table for larger groups. Fresh Flowers is always a great touch. While we were there the staff waited us like at a sit down restaurant. They have drive thru lanes and play equipment for the kids. The place is pretty large, very modern, and very clean.

The manager in the drive thru was hard of hearing and we had to yell for her to hear, she did not get the order correct and had to have another employee fix it. On top of that she was very rude and had her back turned to us for the most part, then told us to pull forward and when we did so she yelled at us for going forward! This is not how Im use yo being treated and makes me think twice about there again!

Chick-fil-A continues to prove why they are the top fast food corp in the country. This store has a worker coming to your table who refills your drinks etc while you are seated. Im just curious, are we supposed to tip? They never hint that we should. Great staff at this restaurant!

Great quality staff, of course. If you dont like chicken maybe dont go here, maybe you can get a shake or something. But the staff is so nice and always asking if I need more Polynesian sauce, it almost feels like indentured servitude. Baller
