Terrible, absolutely terrible. I loved the idea of having your favorite place delivered, but it turned out to be a mistake. 1. Its expensive for delivery. They charge you $6 just for ordering, require you at least order $9-$10 worth of food, and after tax + tip you end up with a $20 disappointment. 2. It takes FOREVER for them to get there. If you place an order online, like I have, you start to doubt if theyre even coming at all. In the few times I have ordered, its never been less than 1 1/2 hour. 3. Its a disappointment. I ordered General Chicken from one of the restaurants theyre partnered with one night. It took almost two hours for it to get to me, driver handed the food over and left immediately. I find out the foods cold, and the restaurant messed up because it was super sour. Called Fetch and they said "oh well, youll have to call them". I threw the food away because it was that bad. So essentially what Im getting at is, if you are a masochist and love to throw $20 away every-time you want something delivered. This is your one stop shop.

Such a wonderful service! I was able to order exactly what I want, from where I want, and it was delivered quickly! Easy ordering online and someone just showed up and dropped it off. Doesnt get much simpler than this.

I have used the service about 10 times. Not one complaint about Fetch from me. It is good for lazy a $$ people who dont want to leave home so they can watch Game of Thrones.
