I HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE ON 4-17-16...I CALLED TO ORDER ME A PIZZA AND THE FIRST THING THE PERSON DID WHEN THEY PICKED UP THE PHONE WAS PLACED ME ON HOLD WITHOUT ASKING IF ITS OK TO PUT ME ON HOLD. THEN WHEN SHE CAME BACK TO THE PHONE SHE WAS RUSHING ME TO PLACE MY ORDER. IN THE MIDDLE OF ME ORDERING MY SECOND PIZZA SHE PLACED ME ON HOLD AGAIN....SO WHEN I PICKED MY PIZZA UP SHE ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT HOW RUDE SHE WAS AND THREATEN NOT TO SERVE ME.. WHICH IS A NO NO CUSTOMER ARE ALWAYS RITE..SAID SHE WAS BUSY...IF YOU BUSY AND CANT MULTI TASK THEN YOU ARE IN THE WRONG LINE OF WORK...I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I RECEIVED OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON...I THOUGHT PIZZA HUT TRAINED THEIR EMPLOYEES BETTER THAN THAT AND THE WAY SHE TALKED TO CUSTOMER WAS UNACCEPTABLE...I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE...

If I could give a Negative star I would. Not only did they take my money off my card but they told me it would be 45 mins. So ok I wait. Call back in and Im told itll be 1 hr and 45 mins.Asked to have a manger call me back. Nothing. Beyond pissed. 2 1/2 hrs go by and still nothing. Theyve closed. Smfh. Call the neighbor store and was told they might get in touch with the Gm but it wont be tonight. The guy finally shows up and Im like wth?!? He gets mad at ME! Messed up attitude. Pissed bc I telling him about himself and the company. Then hands me the WRONG order and asks me where the money is. OMFG. R U SERIOUS?!? I paid with a card. DO NOT ORDER from them. Absoultely beyond ridiculous. Will NEVER order from them again. I suggest u dont either unless u want to be mad and hungry.

If youre a hungry student living in a campus dorm, you can forget about a friendly delivery from Pizza Hut. Even if youre polite, driving to the dorms is too complicated for them- so if they dont turn you down in a very rude manner, theyll keep you on hold and ignore you until you give up. They kept us on hold for over 45 minutes. We eventually just set the phone down and put it on speaker, going about our business for a while. If we tried called back, theyd put us on hold and itd be the same situation all over again. Its just ridiculous.

Burlington pizza hut place will be hearing from me in the am the way the manager acts she needs another job and that is if she is the manager. Will be calling home office waited 2 hours and was told my food went to someone else house and on top of that she hung up the phone like it was ok we will see how the home office feels about this.........this was Burlington pizza hut not randelman Rd but they were a great help to me.

Tried to do a delivery and was told that they did not deliver where I live but they have delivered there before. called back and asked to speak to manager, person speaking said he was the manager. (same person I spoke to before) Did not sound educated at all, had no type of enthusiasm or hospitality, was rude. I am very upset about this and I will never eat or order from there again.

A heads up to many, the service and everything at this Pizza Hut WAS horrible. But theyve cleaned up their act quite a bit, the whole place has been remodeled and since then I havent received a single pizza done poorly. The service overall has gotten better but it has a little ways to go before Id recommend eating there. Order it, but dont go there yet.

If you all as a staff arent satisfied with your job find another one! The customer service is piss poor. The white women with the attitude needs to get a grip, lose her attitude, and remove the chip of supremacy off her shoulder. If papa johns had stuff crust they would recieve more of my business.

Ordered pizz at 7pm @ 7.27 got a call from them saying the only serving thin crust I said ok. An hour later still no pizza called back n was put on hold for 15 mins then manager came on line n said they only have one driver n they will be out soon. It is now 9.28 n still no pizza

You dont deserve a whole star, all of these places in Charlotte NC, and they cant deliver to your area, thats some bull, whats the use in having delivery and you only deliver to certain area, i mean everyone doesnt have a car. Yall need to be better with your delivery service.

Pizza Hut coustmer service is poor , the lady was so rude when I called . She didnt even asked me if I wanted to be put on hold . & when I went to go get my pizza. She had got a attitude with me face-Face . She dont like dealing with coustmers then she shouldnt work their .

The first & last time I come to this location. The food was cold and the wait was extremely long...why? Because the staff was too busy gossiping. The only reason I didnt give one star is because I saw one lone employee who seemed to be doing EVERYONES job. I wont be back.

I got a thin crust pizza from here and granted i was about 10 min late picking up but it was hot and the crust was extremely hard. I know thin crust is hard but this was way to much. At least it was not burnt i guess. I dont know but they could do better.

The food is excellent but the restaurant is nasty on the inside and the staff are very unprofessional. I did not like the way they talked to me and I noticed they kept handling the food after they answered the phone and did not wash their hands. Gross!

Terrible! Ordered on the app (which sucks), took an hour to get pizzas (we live around the corner). Forgot our 2 liter, gave the pregnant lady garlic seasoning when I specified no garlic seasoning. Save yourself a headache and just order Dominos.

Very poor customer service. Gave them a second tr after they gave me the worst pizza of my life. The cashier at the counter should be working somewhere were aggression and limited vocabulary is acceptable, like UPS. I DONT RECOMMNED

I ordered a personal pan and asked for grated cheese and was giving one packet. I thought the employee must pay for the cheese out of her pocket if shes handing them out individually. Is there a certain number thats given out?

Dont waste your time or money with this horrible excuse for food!! Poor Customer service and the food was cold and under cooked. I called and called to speak to a manager and all they did was leave me on hold and hang up.
