So we ordered some takeout and everything online and it was supposed to be delivered at 630 or so. It came to be 635 so we called and the individual said the delivery person beat on the door a few times and no answer. We knew that was a lie or incorrect since at around 615 we had our metal door open with the glass door closed. We could see and hear clearly no one came. We called of course and the jerk manager said if we wanted it we had to come and get it b/c of their stupidity (my words). Of course we didnt nor will we deal with this location. First and last time here. Reminded me to why I avoid chains. Avoid this location for there is no hope and only desolation.

If you order delivery and think that youll get your pizza hot or even lukewarm, youre wrong. It doesnt matter if you live 5-10 away. Expect a block of ice, not a pizza, every time. Also, the excuse of them being busy is played out and needs to be retired. Theyre always late, the pizza is always cold, sometimes its turned upside down, and its just a mess. I have no idea how this place is still open, but also why I cant opt out for the better Pizza Hut thats closer to my house. Is the staff paid commission every time they ruin a pizza? Is this only a thing when I order?!?

The guy that answers the phone doesnt know where Im located, no caller id? Really? Then I get my food and my pizza looked as if it had been cooked 30 to 45 mins prior to ordering. When I called they said they took it right out of the oven, and it was hot then ten minutes to get here. So it shouldnt be cold. Humph you think Im stupid? That was already cooked and you trying to cut corners. Not ordering here any more. This area has poor manners, rude, uncaring about workmanship. Horrible food !

The manager Jagger French &The entire nite crew are great!!! I know some places that need to take notes from them on TEAM WORK!!!...Pouing down rain,back part was flooding*yikes* Yet while battling getting water up, was still on top of Everything ...keeping smile on faces... I had just ordered so while wating 4 order of which was ready in 10 min I went outside to wait when *Jagger French* brought it to me That was going above &beyond!!! fast... Hot...And the BEST

Waited an 1hr 1/2 for a pizza that never came, and when we called, I was given the line, "Thats not our delivery area" ... 2.8miles away? And the Pizza Hut App, when we put in OUR address GAVE us as that was OUR pizza hut... they probably assumed since we were from out of state, we wouldnt know... 2 hrs later, and we are waiting for a pizza from Papa johns...

Blamed us when our pizza order was wrong, said theyd deliver us a new pizza, then never made it. When I called back to speak to the GM, Tyler Lisk, the man on the phone refused to tell me who the incredibly rude person I spoke to was before, and wouldnt give out the GMs information or when hed be in. Ive never had such poor customer service.

It took just slightly longer to deliver. But the one thing that irritated me the most is there not a wingstreet but I ordered wings and told them the sauce and everything I wanted and I get the order about hour later and theres no sauce at all. Im not complaining but when your in the mood to eat wings with flavor id expect sauce.

I have stopped by here a few times to this Pizza Hut on my lunch breaks. I work near here. One of my good friends used to work here. The staff here at this Pizza hut are all very nice and usually very friendly. I have never had a bad experience or gotten an "out there" comment from these people. Great people. Good pizza.

The staff here is very very rude I called the place 2 times & no answer I come over & im standing their for 15 min & they are clearly looking at me until the delivery driver came to take my order but rudely. I do not for any reason recommend this place. DO NOT BUY . I rather go to salem to get some pizza hut.

Ordered pizza at 10:03 pm.. Was told it would be 60-70 min. Never did show up. Of course by this time nowhere else would deliver.. DO NOT Recommend!
