I went to eat lunch today for the first time with the expectation having a good experience. Instead, when my glass was empty, I called out to this male mexican waiter called "Chris", who was walking by my table and who heard me calling him but completely ignored my request for service and instead of rightfully acknowledging me as a first time customer, he raised his hand and pointed at me while walking by me and proceeded to yell across the dinning room area demanding that my waitress refill my empty glass instead of assisting me. His attitude towards customers is outright blatantly pathetic! As for me and my family....well never return AGAIN! ..........EVER! hows that Chris? and by the way, we understand Spanish.

One time I was eating here and saw one of the employees eating chips out of the pan with his hands but I told the manager and he tossed them out and had a talk with the employee. Also, just so that you know do not park at the FedEx and go to Chiplote on Tate Street. FedEx has a towing contract with Got Cha Towing in Greensboro and if you park there and go to Chipotle they will tow you.

they barely fill the burrito bowls, my roomate told them they gave her the wrong order, they insisted it was correct. only for us to get all the way home and find out it was wrong and when we went back they were extremely rude and reluctant to make her food again. this place used to be good but it has really gone down hill, the employees need to be replaced or straightened up.

Just stopped by after a long day of moving. The food was delicious and filling, as always as far as Chipotle goes, but what stood out was the staff. They were super awesome and helpful and seemed to enjoy being at work, eventhough people kept coming in close to closing time. Great staff, great food. Worth the drive from our new home.

There was a line when my boyfriend and I arrived at the restaurant but they serve everyone quickly and efficiently. Needless to say we will be going back. Our food was fixed right there in front of us the way that we liked it and it was great.

Service is always great and the food is decent. The place is always clean and theres a pretty heavy influx of UNCG students at all hours in case that matters to anyone. Im here often and havent had a bad experience yet.

The chicken wasnt as good as Chipotle is known for... It wasnt tender at all, they were really small pieces, and WAY too much seasoning. Im certain that Ill be ordering without meat or I wont be ordering at all.

I usually go here when passing through Greensboro on road trips. Its a great late night dinner option. Its a nice Chipotle and the employees are nice. The area is a tad sketch but I think its alright.
