I find your customer survey appalling. Its not random. I almost figured out the dollar amount required for your system to print it on receipts. I wanted a sandwich alone and I didnt get a survey. Not even with my combo purchase. Neither did the individuals purchasing for themselves. But if you have purchased two combos, you get a random survey. The requirement here is you have to spend a certain amount of money to be invited back for a free sandwich. Are these surveys not for your customer service index scores? And if that is the case why would you target people spending lots of money instead of everyone who spends money. To me your not getting the proper information for your scores. Theres no equality in your surveys being printed on all receipts. Its not Random. I was told its random. Chikfila lies!

Ridiculously Better than all other options at Friendly Center. I recently won a contest on Facebook to give 50 sandwiches to a group of my choosing. I chose the less fortunate. I told them the place usually gets 100 people, so Chick-Fil-A doubled the order to 100! They delivered the 100 sandwiches as if they were delivering to the most important customers in town. They treat every person who comes into the store as if that person is the most important person in town. Why eat any where else?

The food was great! On the other hand the service was not so good. We didnt get the chocolate milk for the kids meal and I had ordered a coke and it was really flat; I had to go ask for the milk and exchange the coke. What I didnt like was that I had to literally stand there and many employees walked by and didnt ask if I had been helped.

This Chick-fil-A has been great in the past. Last couple of times the tea has been horrible and the fries were Luke warm and greasy. Sandwich was still outstanding. Im going to assume I caught them during some rare moments, but I did notice the staff seemed to be different and appeared somewhat apathetic.

I love chic fil a but this particular location has gotten my order wrong twice in the last week but I went again today (drive thru)because I love this place but my food was cold & my fries were old & stale. I wont be visiting this location any longer but will go to a different location.

Normally this location is very good. But if I wait 10 minutes like you asked for fresh food, my food should not be cold when I get it and the sauce I asked for should be in it. Extremely disappointed in my last visit. Though like I said, 8/10 times this location is very good

The policy at this restaurant of taking drive through orders by walking up to your car window to ask you what you want is ridiculous. I had no menu to look at, and I dont eat here enough to know the menu by heart, so I was forced to order the item I was familiar with.

My visit was outstanding, my familys first attempt at the family meal yall have. Hannah, who was on frontline, had an outstanding attitude while she served us, especially since it was dinner rush. (This comes from a fellow team member from MD, so I know the stress)

The service here is the best and I have yet to find a Chick-fil-A where the staff are less than courteous. The food is tasty and within budget. My only complaint is that typically it is very crowded, but that means they must be doing something right.

It is always busy here, but I still havent had a long wait. They handle the rush very well, and in a timely manner, with the same Chick-fil-A kindness as always. If youre in a pinch and still want that Chick-fil-A fix, stop by this location!

Not the best Chick-fil-A. Service is slower, some food was under cooked, and staff wasnt as attentive as most Chick-fil-As. Overall much better than your average fast food restaurant but below average for Chick-fil-A.
