I gave this place a chance, but they failed at making the pizzas I ordered correctly, even after mentioning the first issues to Pizza Hut corporate last week. These first issues were that the pizza I ordered had almost no parmesan cheese sauce(pizza was an Ultimate Cheese) and the crust(a stuffed crust) had almost no cheese in the crust, and the crust itself was very thin. Almost like they used the wrong crust, but tried to jerry-rig it into a stuffed crust. The last of pepperoni also didnt help either. Overall the pizza was tasteless. Then there was the rude customer service. The checkout woman, Haily or Holly, stood at the order crossover counter between the registers and kitchen talking to the chef for about 5 minutes, once in awhile looking over at the drive thru, and even came over and turned off the window beeper, then went right back over. Then when she did come over and take my cc for checkout, she seemed to have an attitude. Didnt hand me a board to sign the receipt, was practically shoving the pizza out the window. Then this week, I ordered the same pizza and an Ultimate Cheese pan as well. The pan had taste, though the sauce was still skimpy on it as was the pepperoni. And the stuffed crust, proper crust this time, but they gave me the wrong pizza. They gave me a grilled cheese stuffed crust pizza, which didnt taste very good, instead of the normal one I had ordered. It had more parmesan sauce this time, but still very little than normal and quite less than what I had ordered, and I ordered extra on it. Pepperoni was still skimpy. Crust was also hard as well, either over cooked or someone actually had ordered the exact same pizza, just with grilled cheese crust, 10 minutes before I did, the orders got mixed, and this one sat longer. This time the usual person, Pam, did the checkout which was nice. Though the woman from before was working there today as well and said something under her breath at me when she walked past the window. Didnt catch what it was though, but she did seem quite annoyed when she looked at me. As a result of all of this, I am no longer going back to this Pizza Hut. I dont recommend the one in Mount Pleasant at an alternate, though if you want a stuffed crust very badly like a vampire wants blood, they do at least make their pizzas to specification, unlike this one.

horrible and may be taking to court, if not resolved. I placed an online order and went to pick it up. I paid with my cc and did not put add tip and then went back to my hotel where I was staying. I later was checking my cc balance online and noticed they overcharged me. I called and was made to feel stupid like I had no idea what I was talking about. I filed a complaint with their main office and also stated if the pending balance doesnt change and I see this charge is not corrected I will personally bring in my cc balance info and show them their fraud. Some one basically added a tip to my receipt and thought I wouldnt notice or bring a fuss to. These crimes of fraud need to stop. I know worry that the person has m cc info and will again rip me off. I just pray I get this resolved.

Do not recommend. Horrible customer service. Do not patronize this restaurant. I went into restaurant and there was only one table with customers. I stood there while one server watched me, clueless. After a few minutes, I picked up a menu to read while still waiting to be seated. After a few minutes of that, I saw another server and asked if ok to seat myself, that was ok with her. After sitting, I waited even longer. After that I left to find another restaurant that wanted my order. I am very disappointed and will not return. Pizza Hut management better stop in and inform staff that it is customers that are the reason they are there. People have a choice of where to spend their money.

Crappy ass customer services, I just got off the phone with them. first how do you not know the zip code for where your store is? 2nd how can i be under the 12 min order if my total is 13 dollars and change. And when I said then I am not ordering the lady actually said okay and thanks for calling. They dont care if I order? What a great store. I wish I could rate one star.

Pam and the staff here are so friendly and accommodating. The Renaissance Festival cast eats here weekly during rehearsals, and they always have the pies and drinks ready for us, and never mind what a large group we are. Always smiling and welcoming, always quality food.

Could be cleaner. Took 15 minutes for someone to realize they had customers. Need updated menus. Cups could be more thoroughly washed. But Summer, our waitress made the experience a bit better, as she was nice, friendly and courteous.

Gross. Taco Bell has better food. The lady taking the order was a complete moron. The only good thing I can say is that the delivery guy was very nice and polite. Order your pizza somewhere else.
