The WORST breakfast ever! We have had horrid service/food before at this Easley SC location but thought wed give it a chance after almost a year away...big mistake! My "California Scramble" was late due to them having put salsa on the order)which I had distinctly said I did not want any, and the second time it was served with a rotten (!!!) avocado!!! After the mgr went next door to the grocery store to buy fresh avocados , 20 mins had elapsed since Id sent the order back. The pancakes had been served & eaten & no sign of any server asking us if we needed anything or offered anything! The third plate and out with the same eggs as the first order with remaining rotten avocado still on them!! Still had the wrong potatoes and at that point I complained to the mgr who instantly reprimanded the waitress who said "I didnt know the avocado was bad- I dont even know what one looks like!!" Only my order was removed from the check. Not only was the food &user ice horrible, the servers were screaming at the top of their lungs to the kitchen help--"because there is a big fan there & they cant hear if they dont scream" (said the mgr!). NEVER NEVER NEVER going back there again! In the eight years weve lived here its never improved! Thankfully the IHOP on Woodruff Rd (Greenville) is very good (reliably!!).

Terrible service. My husband went in to pick up our to-go order. I ordered TWO kids meals and got only 1 drink, which was a drink I didnt even ask for. Then the waitress told my husband its what I had ordered, she was wrong. Then we didnt get the applesauce that came with one of the kids meals. The cinn-a-stack pancakes were a joke. I mean really? They werent even busy, so why they didnt take the time to make sure our food was correct is beyond me. We will NEVER go back there again.

Because of the bad reviews, we hesitated before going, but our Saturday morning breakfast at this IHOP turned out to be a wonderful experience. The service was prompt, courteous, our food was delicious, and unlike the IHOP in Greenville, this restaurant is large enough to accommodate a crowd without feeling claustrophobic. Our server, Maria, was pleasant,accommodating, and unobtrusive, and made our meal very enjoyable. We will definitely go back.

Always short-handed/understaffed. Always. Always conflicts between waitstaff and kitchen staff, and it often carries over into the dining area in sight and earshot of customers. Often arguments between waitstaff over tables too. Been here when dishes were flying across the kitchen during said conflicts. Food is usually good, when you finally get it that is. Service of waitstaff is hit and miss.

This IHOP is not what other IHOP chains stand for. The pancakes served are irregular. They serve you one huge pancake and a little pancake then apologize for the size. They are not as friendly. Upon leaving the employee at the door was busy on a social call and did not even say thank you for coming, etc. Its a shame that this particular restaurant is not up to par.

Dirty people who are on their cell phones nonchalantly. No proper service. Everyone, including managers, dont care about satisfactory customer service either. Items missing from order were found to be getting cold on the counter. Went back to retrieve items only for 7 out of 7 (visible) workers to ignore me. Never again. Easley is NOT to place to eat out.

If you wanna sit there waiting to be served while the restaurant is under staffed and the manager takes her "break" then by all means, eat here. Rule #1 of management - never tell your customers you were taking a break while your waitresses clearly have too many tables to handle, theres a line at the checkout and people cant get a MENU, much less a meal.

We called in a to go order that was only supposed to take 20 minutes. It ended up taking 40-45 minutes just to get my food. This is the third time its happened. Then when I got home multiple things were made wrong. I will not be going back to this location again. I am very displeased with the service and the quality of food.

Get there hostess asked how many waitress said dont sit them in my section then she tells us to wait. Manager Brooke on duty says with an attitude where do yall want to sit. First of all your waitress didnt want us in her section. They were all rude except hostess, my family and I left. Will not be returning.

While the Red Velvet pancakes were very good, my wifes meal was awful. Her eggs were undercooked. The server took everything back to the kitchen to cook the eggs further, when the meal was brought back, even the new hash browns were undercooked. We wont try this again

When you go to IHOP in Easley always ask for Bobby Jo. If she isnt there ask when she will be and then come back. This will be one of the best decisions you have ever made.
