I took a couple of women there for dinner, Chilis was overcrowded. My mistake.3 separate meals, all worse than bad.Waitress probablycould form the words, "Yall want fries with that?" My pork was undercooked, the mashed taters were the scrapings from the bottom of the pot. Paying the bill, the hostess/guardian of the cashregister made a mistake, askiing "How you liked it? I explained that Id been in better soup kitchens, then had to explain it wasnt a compliment. "KaChing" rang the register. Never, ever, again. From a retired Chicago Copper that finally agrees with a NYPD retiree.

It was a horrible experience breakfast experience! Waitress took our order and never sent it to cooks! She covered it up by trying to give us the wrong food twice!!! An hour and a half later we just left! Never did get all our food! I had to go to manager and complain! She new of mess up and never approached us! They were just hoping we would leave, which we finally did because we were so upset and ignored that we lost our appetites!!! Horribly mismanaged restaurant!! Do not recommend eating there!

My family was seated fairly fast but then other tables that were seated after us get their drinks and had there orders taken before us. Then after waiting forever for our food I noticed that tables that had ordered after us were getting their food. Finally, they brought our food out and it was cold, all five of us had cold food. My compliant to the manager got some of our food replaced but they did not offer any comp. Never going back there again.

On august 24. Visited for free pie and coffee..service here is usually slow but at 7 this night it was only half filled..the server read us the pies available and we told him we would decide in about a minute. He said hed bring us our coffee while we waited...thirty minutes later i flagged him down and he yelled back hes working on the coffee...ok. So I thought thats it and my wife I just left...

Absolutely awful. Called to try to order a french silk pie and was rudely told "only for walk ins" . The lady on the phone was so rude and didnt even let me finish my sentence and hung up. So my boyfriend went and walked in to try to get a pie and they say "not for walk ins" im so disappointed and i will never be returning here. The manager is useless too by the way.

Food is usually good and descent portion size. I usually come to this location about once a week but I think this is my last time. Like a previous post said "its like youre a ghost" when you need something. Food takes forever to come out! It has been getting worse and worse over the last month or so and finally today we decided that we will not be going back.

Served me undercooked chicken! Barely got an apology and my order remade, asked for my remake to go since I already waited forever for the original order, only to have my order brought out on a plate then wait forever again for a box. Bathrooms were disgusting. Staff could care less about their customers. Now I remember why I havent been here in years!

Food was extremely greasy there wer literally oil puddles in my plate waitress had attitude as if she didnt even wanna be there horrible just throwing the food on table when i said somthing to manager about food he said he agreed with me and proceeded on as if i hadnt even said anything overall bad experience for my first and last time being there

Food was just okay. Service was terrible. Took forever to get drinks and once food was served, waiter never came to offer refills or even if anyone wanted dessert. Asked for a take home box and the waiter took the box from a table that didnt use it. Very poor service. Will not go back to this location. Manager on duty didnt seem to care either.

I used to attend "Pie Day" regularly with a large group. The staff was friendly, the food was good, the pie was free. The management was intelligent enough to give our group a table a little away from the others. We were a large and loud crowd of old friends. Waiters were charming and competent and sometimes appealing to the eye.

Our food was not hot coming out of the kitchen. It was warm although my sons food was so ours probably sat in the window. My country potatoes were not cooked thru either. Overall, avg at best and $40 is too much for 3 avg meals and 3 drinks. It has been awhile since we have been here and it will be awhile before we come back.

Good place to go for comfort foods and breakfast is served all day. I usually order the VIP so I can select exactly what I feel like eating. Service is good, wait staff is awesome. Usually no wait for a table. Go on Wednesday for a piece of free pie after your meal, if you can fit it. If not....bring it home!

So disappointing!! We use to come here often when we loved close. Havent been here in a few months until today. Staff was rude. Empty tables yet they had people waiting in the lobby area. Food was AWFUL! Bathrooms were a complete mess and out of toilet paper and paper towels. Messy!!

Ive gone here quite a bit. Do work in the mornings sometimes with the wifi. Food is typical village inn and servers are usually decent nothing to rave about. Hostess we had this morning seemed like she hated all things people and that her life was miserable at work.

Very busy. Wait was what was stated.empty tables but wait staff was slow and not attentive. Most of the food tasted good but eat hot food first gets cold quick . Party of 4 and 1 order was messed up. Drinks got empty. Good for price. Good family place.

Great alternative to IHOP. The staff are friendly. And theres enough space now the restaurant has been remodeled. Especially nice when there is not a large crowd. Like their new decor since the remodel. Food is tasty and less expensive than IHOP.

Ordered an Omelette. The eggs were either not fresh or out of a carton. Hash browns ok, but again not fresh ingredients, something out of a package. Pie was very good. If not for the pie, only 2 stars. Staff was friendly.

First time visit my husband.and I were impressed. We dont usually like food and the coffee at any one place. This was great. Had host clean food off bench but other then that it was great and the food portions were big.
