Besides waiting over 45 mins for drink refills and 1 hour for our breakfast, the service is terrible too!!! Krystal was our server and she started off with an attitude before she even asked for drinks. I forgot mention that when we first arrive no table was clean, they were all dirty and remained that way until one of the other customers got up and helped clean tables; yes a CUSTOMER. We had to clean our own table too, for which we were handed the rag by the own server; we did what was here duty to do. Also when food finally came to us, we were missing the rest of a meal and the server came to our table to argue and verify we had not indeed gotten our full order. She said she swore she had given us the full order...we didnt want anything for free we were just requesting out full order. Overall its the worst experience Ive ever had at a huddle house. Will not come back, I will give my business to Waffle House from now on.. if I could I would give them negative (-5 star) rating.

When we came in all the tables were dirty, the only table that we were able to sit at was clean of dishes but still filthy with food from the previous customer. We sat here for 45 minutes to an hour and they had yet to clean ANY of the other tables! I ordered a chicken fried steak stuffed hash browns and they came back with a chicken fried steak! I sat here for 20 minutes with an empty cup and still didnt get a refill! The waitress kept complaining that she was so tired this hurt and that hurt, she worked this morning and they were swamped for an hour but yet when we got here there was only 2 other tables occupied. That is not an excuse for this place not to be cleaned! On top of everything else they didnt have ANY clean dishes, we had to eat with plastic silverware and our mashed potatoes and chili were put in togo containers. We may have came in a 1:30am but this place still should have been kept up! This is a sorry excuse for a restaurant... I will NEVER come back!

Please do not waste your money or time. I went thinking I could eat something fast and cheap but I was very wrong. My husband and I waited 40 minutes for our food before we just decided to have it packed in to-go boxes so we could get out of there. By the time they brought us our food and the time spent waiting by the counter to pay, we spent 65 minutes. And on top of that, the bill was $25!!! For two MVPs and a milk shake. HORRIBLE. With the time and money spent there we could have went to eat in Greenville or at Applebees! Please consider spending your valuable time and hard earned money anywhere else but here!

This place gets worse everytime I come. Me and my wife was the only one in there. It took 50 minutes to get our order that was cooked separate. I was done eating before my wife got hers. Oh yeah and the waitress was stoned. I had also ordered a Philly sandwich to go. That didnt happen. It was well over an hour and the waitress was like " Im starting your to go order now" I said no you are not. You have lost 2 great customers. I will Not come here again.

Horrible service!. Walked in and had to sit at a dirty table, waitress got smart with my husband for asking for coffee. We were served drinks in to go cups, and plastic eating utensils because there were no clean ones! Waitress - Destiny could not have cared any less about what was going on. Service was mind-numbingly slow. Food was overcooked and portions were very small. Lesson learned! More people walked out than actually ate!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Terrible service! Waited an hour in near empty restaurant for breakfast and finally told them we were leaving. They had not even started on the order! Despite 6-8 people in the kitchen at all times. I dont know what they were doing, but they were not making food. No apologies and to top it off, they demanded we pay for the drinks before leaving. Will never return!

This location must have been short staffed tonight. I dont blame the people in their, i blame the mangers for the short servers. I know they should have had four servers at that location. It was ridiculous the time we wait. I had better service at a bad waffle house. I payed for my coffe, i knew my food was going to be cold. If she doesnt have time to feel my drinks, what time does she have. Never again.......

The food is greasy and flavorless. The service is absurdly slow, forgetful, inattentive and ditzy. Every time I visited this Huddle House I get reminded why I hate going there. Unfortunately its conveniently located when Waffle House is full. Next time Ill collect the money we would have spent there stop at Walmart buy breakfast and lunch to cook at home. Thats why we have dubbed it the Hybernating Huddle.

Our waitress Tonya was amazing. Our cook made out food delicious and could tell he has a real passion for cooking and takes pride in it. We sat at the bar which was busted to the point where it can not be cleaned properly which is a health code violation. The staff working tonight is why we will be coming back but I do feel the owners / managers dont care about the place . The staff truly saved the day

Service was slow. We arrived at 10:50. Only 2 tables were occupied. Our food hit the table at 11:24! The waitress was lethargic and not polite. The manager was giving excuses for a change of staff for the reason we had to wait so long. There were 2 servers and a cook on duty. She offered a discount, which ended up being 15% off. I still was less than satisfied.

Pathetic. Only 8 families in here and were told to expect 40 minutes to get order. Turning people away. Literally, not one order has come out of Mitch in 20 minutes. Epic fail. Home office should be proud that they are doing such a terrible job with customer service. Guess Waffle House will get our business in the future. First review I ever wrote

Tried to go here Christmas day. Witnessed a fight break out, sat in a booth for 35 minutes and never got served! Didnt even acknowledge us to get our drinks! I will never go here again! We got up and walked out. They were out of everything! No sausage, no gravy, no bread, no dinner stuff, and no chilli? I mean really?

We had to wait on our food for about an hour and 15 mins. The waitress that served us just held our tickets and didnt give them to the cook right away, Our orders were wrong and plus they wasnt busy the waitress said they were busy but wasnt. The service was just plain lousy. I know Im not going back there again.

A good place to stop for brunch while traveling. Decent food, friendly staff. The sugar container for the coffee had a crusty spout, and I am not sure why my waitress didnt think I would mind her handling my debit card with wet hands, but everything else about the place met expectations. Would stop here again.
