Went to the location by winn dixie & ace hardware on lecanto hwy. Fork was dirty- asked waitress to replace it- she took it (no apology) never replaced it. No problem, Mel- my omelette when it arrived was thin enough to cut thru with my fork. Mel never returned once she dropped our plates - to bring fork- check food was okay- refresh coffee- nada. I knew she was finished with us as she dropped the check w/ the food. Buscuit was the worse- omelet and waffle no good. Asked her about whipped cream for the waffle- she stated syrup is pn the table and walked off. Will not return. Guess she doesnt need tips. Must work for the social life?

your manager told my sister that you where hiring to go on line and fill out a application and bring it back she did then your manager told her to come back at 2 for a interview when she went back at 2 she walked in and the manager did not interview her she just told her you where not hiring. she is not a good manager telling some one to go on line fill out a app. and come back making her waste time in gas money ............my hole family eat at your restaurants but after how your manager treats people it is not the place I will tell anyone to go I will now warn everone I meat to stay a way your management is very poor ............

Very disappointed! Service was terrible. No cream, no sugar substitute on table. Initial cup of coffee served, was empty by the time the meal finally came and delivery server said would get more coffee. (and didnt - still havent seen original server) . Meal halfway eaten - wife goes up to counter with empty cup and empty cream dish. Coffee comes a couple of minutes after that. Pancakes were so thick they were almost not edible. Manager was bussing tables instead of managing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We wont go back.

Surprisingly pleasant! Food is quick to come out and it is very good, not only that it is cheap too, however, there are many hidden charges. When I ordered my eggs benedict, the lady said "spinach and tomato?", I said yes and had an extra charge without being told it was extra. Same happened with the sides, you get charged extra for some sides without them telling you. Knowing this when you come in helps though, and I do still very much recommend the place.

I wish I could have said it was 5 stars.. not so much.. The service was ok, new girl being trained so it was acceptable.. the food on the other hand, well thats different. I ordered the train wreck.. the potatoes with peppers and onions were very undercooked. The gravy lacked flavor and I couldnt even find the biscuit. I would love to say I would go again, but I wont. First impression was enough for me.

Had to wait for 30 mins. for our food. Looked around and six other couples were patiently waiting by the look on their faces. Ate half of my pancake and saw something on my plate. There were about 5 hairs on it. Looked like someone had shaved on it. Couldnt eat anything after that. The waitress didnt even say sorry about that.

Wow...where do I start! The food was very good, the waitress was the best waitress ever!!! The prices were low and the portion size was Hugh!! I give the restaurant a 10 stars!!! We will be back many times!
