So disappointed with this place. The service was absolutely atrocious. Slow, incompetent. The food was subpar. I was excited because Im a vegetarian and they mentioned they could make me a nice vegetarian risotto that was off the menu. I was very pleased. I ordered the vegetarian risotto. I got it and it looked great but I immediately noticed that there was not only bacon in it but also chicken in my vegetarian dish. They were semi apologetic, which bothered me the most. Many times Ive ordered vegetarian dishes and they have come with meat. It was the way they responded to it, nonchalant. When the dish came out the second time it was vegetarian but I needed a spoon to eat it. It was like soup. It was a completely different consistency from the first one. The first one was the quintessential consistency of risotto. I basically spent $25 on a bowl of soup with a few mushrooms floating around in it. No one seemed to care much. We needed change for our tip and it took an extraordinarily long time to get change for a $50. According to the manager, there were no $20s to be found in the entire restaurant. They had to scrape some up at the hotel. Then we waited and waited and waited for the valet person to show up. It wasnt busy. They werent bringing anybody a car. They were just nowhere to be found. We went inside to inquire where the person was. We were told just to wait longer. When the guy finally showed up, we just asked for our keys because we saw our cars parked about 20 feet away. He charged us $5 each and we went and got our own cars. Nothing was comped. No one really cared. I will never go back. The food was bland. The only thing that we somewhat liked was the $12 Velveeta macaroni and cheese. The hostess was also nice. But thats it. Dont believe in the hype.

There is no question that I love Elevage. I spend my money on it like it is my second mortgage, but the real estate gets bigger--it is called my belt size. We went to the Epicurean for the sole purpose of eating at their restaurant. For heavens sake, their pillows have forks and spoons on them! We had the best dinner and breakfast ever. A recommendation was made to try the bone marrow. Originally, the idea did not sit well with me, but I decided to try it. The steak was hands-down the best I ever had. The texture was the right firmness, with the right amount of rub. I asked for medium rare, and the meat was cooked to perfection; but this is nothing compared to the best shock. I spread the bone marrow on a piece of steak and it blew my mind. Bone marrow has a nice bold and briny flavor, and when combined with the steak, it was absolutely delicious. We had wine with dinner, and their salad was fresh, with a remix of ingredients you do not see anywhere else. The next morning, I had huckleberry pancakes which were fluffy yet filling. Great stay and meals.

First, the libations were great as usual. No one does a French 75 like you guys. The food was spectacular. I want you to know that I loathe avocados but after one bite of that snapper with the avocado rice I may have to reconsider...devine. Lastly, the service. Tiffany brought my standard of service to an entirely new level. She was truly amazing...welcoming with a beautiful spirit. She was accommodating and shes like my new best friend in my head lol. I want to go on and on about her...I think I will. She reminded me of a great friend who just happened to be my server. I am so grateful for her. I will continue my praises on your website, yelp, zomato and wherever else I need to. Special thanks to Rachael Richards at reservations as well for being so great. Also the ENTIRE staff that night would see me maybe walking to the restroom or to check on something and theyd wish me a happy birthday, what a special feeling.

My wife and I had dinner here as part of a package at the Epicurean. There was a slight mix up since the restaurant staff didnt get our info from the hotel. After we told them about our package, we were immediately sat at a better table and our waiter and the manager both apologized and said they were making our 3-course dinner into a 4-course. Food was amazing! We had BBQ oysters, lobster gnocchi, filet, and dessert. All with great wine pairings. Had to waddle out to get back to our room. Also went to breakfast the next morning which was great. After trying Berns for the first time the next night, my wife and I both decided that we would rather have dinner at Elevage and then do the Dessert Room at Berns.

This place is fantastic. The entire crew was amazing. I want to mention our server, Juan, was AMAZING. Really great service. Kudos, Elevage, for your picky person picking to represent your place!! I had one of the best omelettes I have had in a very long time here. It really impressed me. I do not even like omelettes but the waiters description sold me. It has in it aged smoked salmon, imported capers and creme fraiche. a side of arugula salad with heirloom tomatoes. Fresh baked brioche on premises with fresh huckleberry jam and and butter also made on premises. Holy flipping yummyness. The Epicurean Hotel was awesome and will be mentioned in a different review,

Have been here a handful of times and the most recent was for brunch. We got the biscuits and gravy as well as the 3 course brunch option. With those, we were able to try a good number of items yet stay reasonable in price. If we both I both the 3 course I brunch it would be way too much food and pricey. As usual the service and food were great. We didnt wait too long, they did the usual "Hows everything tasting?" after a few minutes, and we were even able to change our eggs up, no problem, because we forgot to mention how we wanted them. The place is always clean and the decor is that modern rustic look a lot of place have.

Great restaurant in a new hotel (from the same people that opened burns and sideburns). We live in south Tampa and this is our favorite new restaurant. Dinner is creative and delicious, and the Sunday brunch is amazing (try the continental to start, a great deal, $8 for juice, coffee and pastries :)

We had a great experience at Elevage. The food and service was great. Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful when ordering. We would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for an upscale dining experience. We also loved the rooftop bar on top of the hotel.

It is a lovely place - but the kitchen just could not get 2 of our 4 lunches right. Food was brought out at different times. Service was slow. Lunch and drinks were a little expensive. Go after your meal for coffee and a treat at Chocolate Pi next door. Cool place.
