2 weeks in a row on Wednesday night weve waited over 20 minutes for our food. No exaggeration! Never again! This is probably one of the worst Taco Bells in the area! They used to hardly put any cinnamon on their Cinnamon Twists. They seemed to have fixed the problem. Now it seems they have forgotten how to serve their food in a timely manner. The lobby and the drive-through are full but only because its taking them FOREVER to serve people. People are asking for their money back and going elsewhere. Diasspointed.....and hungry!!

I honestly wish I could give a negative star.. I sat in line and watched 2 employees leave and 15 minutes later im still waiting in line they show back up. I place my order and I look at the screen of my order and say thats not correct... the "worker" says thats what u ordered or someone else did in ur car... Im alone. And try to replace my order and tells me to hold on.. sat for another 5 mins... customer service at its finest... in my careeer I would be fired... will never return

Three times Ive came to this location twice at midnight and once at 1am. All three times I have been the only customer present and they have refused service... saying their "closed". Google says your closing time is 3am, I myself work in food and if I was ever to refuse service to a customer then I would be fired. Also Ive came at these times on other occasions and been given great service. Simply unprofessional.

Night time crew was not very nice around 12 at night went threw drive -thru and no one was around i mean people were in there but no one came to speaker so i pulled off went to get smokes came back and there was cars there ordering ..so i went back thro and ask the guy were he was?? And sence i act kinda mad he said he didnt have to serve me and wouldnt !!like really wtf so rude

i was upset one night around 1 AM, i came to order a bunch of food to stuff my face. the food was good. and when i pulled up to the mic, the guy who took my order was very nice and funny. he made some silly jokes. i said, "um" and he said, "im sorry, we are all out of ums" it brightened my mood. i will definitely come back.

Free refills, food was brought to my table, very clean, decent portion sizes, lots of staff on hand so the food comes fast, even the grass outside was well maintained. The way fast food was ment to be. Dont go to the drive-thru though, usually a long line.

Ordered our food then they told us they had no lettuce no tomatoes and no onions Walmart Kroger or Giant Eagle has onion tomato and lettuce manager needs to step up take initiative and supply his store correctly

It is freezing cold to try and sit down and dine in the air conditioning is set to be that cold . Then by the time you get half way through your meal the rest is cold because of the dining area being so cold.
