If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Or negative stars, even. It wont let me. Worst food service EVER! I watched as the employee making my FOOD stood at his station talking to TWO managers while making sandwiches with his armpits exposed in a wife beater t-shirt. No uniform. Neither manager said a word to him about it. When I asked one of the managers about it, he said "who?" Really? He didnt even realize his employee was seriously violating health standards WHILE HE WAS LOOKING DIRECTLY AT HIM AND SPEAKING TO HIM? Needless to say I cancelled my order. I will NEVER go back here. Which sucks because I like burger king food. But not with armpit hair. DISGUSTING!

I asked for a fish sandwich, the drive through white guy with a black hair was very rude and laughing and talking to his coworker without paying attention to the order, no more cars were waiting I was the only one, the problem is the sandwich was so bad it was not no where near fish, it was fried hard rubber!!! it wasnt real food honestly. I will never go to burger king again.

Every time I go here the order is wrong. It is not hard to check the order before handing it over. I just wanted to post an update. I tried eating here again a couple months later. Who ever was working the window had to ask me after every item ordered "so you want a chicken sandwich" for example. Just another reason not to bother with this location.

I have been here many many times over the last decade and theres always a constant, under funded and poorly-under staffed either the place is a mess or the wait and food is bad, if corporate isnt going to be proactive about why their not making much $ they should look into the reasoning not cut costs more.

So this is chicken fries! Really guys... And 90% of the time I pay for extra cheese never getting it added. If youre going to charge me for something at least add it!! Trick me using the correct box without the correct item is just evil. Pay attention to your orders instead of chatting among yourselves..

Wow! Just found a piece of plastic in my croissanwich!! No wonder there wasnt a line at the drive-thru.... Update on 12/20/13: Yet again, no line and I ordered a ham, egg and cheese croissanwich, but got a sausage, egg & cheese.... yuck! Dislike sausage!

Everything was horrible.my buns were really hard the foods just overall nasty . The burgers dont taste the same either do the fries . service wasnt that bad, slush machine is always broke needs to go back to the way it used to be .

Worst BK experience. Woman at the counter had no customer service skills, not helpful at all. The only visible menu board inside was for the combos 1-10. Nothing for sides, drinks, kids meals, desserts, etc.
