This is a nice new little spot that has potential. The place is clean and inviting. Small place with tables to seat 4 each. Roughly 30 or so people max in the place. There are 3 or 4 flat screen TVs mounted high up. I walked in right behind a group of 3 women and we were greeted immediately. Apparently it was their first time at this place as well so the woman at the register explained the menu items and combinations to us. She was very nice and helpful. Each order is prepared fresh so there is a little wait involved so expect that. Its better than having wings already prepared in advance and heated under heating lights right!? They have Coke products (fountain drinks) NO Stupid RED Coke multi-mixing machine that water down your drink (the red Coke box that have all the Coke products in it). Its the regular old fashioned fountain drink machine. They also serve several bottle beers, foreign and domestic. As for the food... The wings are good. Nothing really special. They have combos that come in portions of 6, 8, 10, etc... with seasoned fresh cut fries or cheese fries and a drink. You can get 2 flavors with each if you want. I ordered 8 Original Hot (not hot at all to me. Think of Franks Original Hot Sauce) and Teriyaki (all drummetts which I didnt get and should have checked before leaving the place) with regular fries and a drink to go. The wings were good but the fries were not. The fries are similar to Five Guys but with no uniformity (sliced in multi sizes). The ranch dipping sauce was very very watery like they are trying to get more from the product by watering it down. It lacks flavor because of this. There is a $0.99 charge for extra sauces. The place is nice. Like I said it has potential. Youll have to try it for yourself. It will quench your appetite for wings but will not stand out from the crowd.

I stood in line by myself for 2 mins watching everyone that worked there play on their phones. I had to say something to get their attention. The young lady reluctantly put her phone down and with a mouth full of candy took my order then went straight back to her phone. Meanwhile all the guys in the back either played on phones or danced around. Uniforms were dirty and very long hair with no restraints. They saw me watching them and just didnt care. One guy actually took his hand from under his shirt to finish making my order. Not once did anyone wash there hands after all that phone play. After about 25 mins I finally got my food. The worst experience that I have had in a long time. This kind of poor performance comes from management. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Placed an order online. Still had to wait 30+ mins once in the store. I saw many people come in order and leave before my order was ready. I had to ask the young lady at the front what was taking so long. (I paid as soon as I went in so they were aware I was in restaurant and waiting.) She asked the two guys cooking and they said 15 mins. Im so disappointed in this wingstop. I was really excited not to have to drive to West Columbia anymore but giving the wait time and the service West Columbia is the best place to go. I have never had this issue with their location. As much as I like their wings Im not sure if I will be going back to the location on percivl rd.

Been there about 3-4 times, food is good if you dont mind the wait and the unprofessional workers. I called in to reduce my wait time unfortunately this still did not help with my customer service. I was told it would be 15min before my food was ready, I got there in about 20, doors was locked and food was sitting on counter and I was told there was nothing that they could do because they were closed. I thinking someone felt they could take the food home instead of letting me know they were about to close before I drove out there. Where is our customer service going to????? Or is it already gone????

Ordered online, arrived 5 min after pickup time to be told that other orders were ahead of us. Only to learn they havent even fixed the food for our order. Waited 20 extra min totaling an hr all together. Then to have teenagers talking about how they were fighting outside in the truck to have the girl come in the store with her shirt completely unbutton. Not a great experience for a place that is recently opened. Not sure if I will be going back.

Came here on 4/15/2017 for the first time and I had an amazing time. The whole staff was very pleasant and fun. The cook on duty is what made my experience so great. He laughed with me and the rest of my party and made us feel very welcomed. The restaurant was clean and the food was cooked to perfection...being that I dont like my wings too soft...he cooked them well done and

Im a Wingstop guy. Been one since the franchise ever opened. This location is by far the worse one Ive been to and Ive been to a lot of them. Wings are barely seasoned, fries are stale and not seasoned as well, and the customer service is terrible. Its to the point to where I rather drive to West Columbia to there Wingstop. If anything Wild Wings have the best wings.

Always a long wait never have their orders together in a organized manner. The door says that they are open from 11 am until 12 pm. Will place an order online and will wait for a good 30 min after the time they say my order is ready for pick up. Not worth going or waiting for.

We recently moved here from the DC area, and WingStop was our "go to" wing place. I was delighted to find the prices a lot cheaper and their Louisiana Rub (fried hard) wings are wonderful. Excellent service, I call it in, and it is ready in 15-20min.

The customer service was good, the cook even smiled. Its clean, fast and the chicken is cooked just right. I have been looking for a good chicken spot. The price is right, you have to check it.
