Not that I frequent places like Buffalo Wild Wings, but when you go OUT and spend your hard earned money, you do expect a little something for it. Like: 1. Good service, the service was not exceptional or good, it was just ok. Slow when the place wasnt busy; was told to "hold on" or "give me a couple of minutes" several times. Was charged for product we didnt order and then told it would be 10 or 15 minutes before it could be taken off the check, the server knew we were in a hurry to leave. I wonder how many other customers went through this. If they do it to 1, they do it to others...that is a lot of money coming in for no product going out. We received a $5.00 voucher for our "troubles" but with no guarantee that it would be honored elsewhere (we are from out of town) 2. Honesty. This place proved they didnt have it.(see above) 3. Good Food. Again, another strike out. It took 35 minutes to get our food (again, the place nor the server were NOT busy). Food came out luke warm and hard from sitting on the expo line under a lamp...YUCK! So so so disappointing. And we didnt get our food until I had to ask the server (who was hardly around to be found) to go check on our food. The sauce on my wings...way too salty, I regret ordering Parmesan Garlic and my other wings were hard as hocky pucks.....cooked TOO LONG. Needless to say, my food went unfinished and I ended up with a stomach ache. 4. Consideration. The manager could have cared less. His answer was a $5.00 voucher, because it was obviously too much for him to fix it at the register. And an apology for their mistake and causing us inconvenience NEVER CAME! 5. Cleanliness. Again...another huge Strike! Tables that had long been vacated by other diners....full of dirty containers, cups, silverware! YUCK! Who wants to look at that when they are trying to eat. A bathroom that wouldnt lock (no out of order sign). I have been to other BBWs, and they werent bad at all. This one was a huge failure and I wouldnt return if they paid me too.

This is the worst place i have been to. Went with my coworkers to have lunch ordered first and my food never made it. When another time with my wife and the waitresses got my order and 30 min later I ask for my food and the waitress never put my order in. The 3rd time I went back again with my wife and she ordered some boneless wings and shure the order was late again and when my wifes food finally made it to the table the wings were old, the wings were so cold and this was the 3rd time in a row. So I asked the waiter if there was a problem that every time i come here I have a problem with the service. So I talked to the Maneger named ROBERT and told him that every time that i have come to this resturant there is a problem with my order and his reply was that i had bad luck. THANKS ROBERT but i think its that your the manager of the restaurant and dont have a grip on things or that its a problem because im Hispanic

I WOULD GIVE IT A MINUS ZERO STARS BUT the actual staff and waiters are great but the MANERGER IS SO RUDE ITS PATHETIC!!!!when they change Managers Ill change my opinion!!!! I mean I came from N.Carolina to see my little brother cause he just started working there and the actual host was the best she was so helpful and nice but when my brother actually came out to say hello the MANERGER instantly stopped him as if he was on a slave yard or even worst and told him hes not allowed to go out and speak with me for a short moment that was so disturbing I just wish the MANERGER doesnt treat all of his employees like that because thats horrible and unfit I wish I knew someone I could call and report him WORST SHORT MANERGER EVER!!!!!P.S PISS POOR MANERGER!!!!PP.S DO ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW A NUMBER I CAN REPORT HIM TO PLEASE!!!

Had a less than desirable experience last week with a young server that was more focused on leaving than attending to customer service. I took the online survey to express my disappointment. Within an hour I received an email from Rob, the manager. He was very responsive and greatly appreciated my feedback. Upon my next visit, which is today, I asked to speak to Rob about the incident and he promptly arrived to speak to me. Rob is an excellent manager who takes pride in customer service and he does everything he can to make sure that your experience meets your expectations! BWW on Devine is still the best place for great wings in my opinion. Thanks Rob! Keep up the good work!

As wing joints go, BWW is generally near the top of the corporate restaurant food chain. This location continues that trend with their boneless or bone-in wings and every increasing list of potential flavors/sauces. I have entered this location on multiple occasions just to order carry-out and discovered the specials that were offered helped make my meal significantly cheaper. The helpful staff pointed out the specials and detailed how they could impact my meal. I will return to this location and have no issue recommending it.

First time going and expected more. I went on a busy night with the wings being 67 cents each.. Which was good but our waitress gave bad service. She never came to check on us and she went MIA. We had to stop another waiter to get things. The wings wasnt even good... And you have to pay for ranch? It should come with the wings. I forget our waitress name but she was a red head. Avoid her .... Matter fact avoid this restaurant all together. I prefer wild wings ...

No tv in the bathroom, only one stall!!! Not much people come into this place. The buffalo wild wings by my home town in CA has tv in its bathroom and always jammed packed and popular place. This doesnt feel much as a sports bar kinda feels like a dennys. Poop, and the 2 big tvs look all white and horrible quality and stuff. They should consider looking into more stalls and tv when you go use the bathroom.

The food was great as always but our server was HORRIBLE. I asked for salt and vinegar fries but got regular. My girlfriend didnt receive sauce with her meal and when she asked the server to bring some out it took 15 minutes BECAUSE OLIVIA forgot and had to be reminded. Olivia not once returned to ask us how was everything going or if the food was okay. NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN

The wings are ok but they hardly put any sauce on them. The sauces are not bold or special. The worst part about the experience is the 100 TVs they have playing on every wall. I could barely have a conversation with my fiancee it was so loud and distracting. If you have ADHD or not I am pretty sure you will feel uncomfortable. Wild wing cafe or Rockaway are better options.

The food is the same as every other Buffalo wild wings which I enjoy, however after waiting for the waitress for 15 minutes to order another drink she informed me that the bar closed 5 minutes ago and I could not get a drink. Every other Buffalo wild wings I have been to the waitress came by at last call and took the last drink order. We will not return to this location.
