Food was good, restaurant was mostly clean, and I hope so considering the wait staff was barely paying attention to customers. Started off positive until about 15 minutes after our food arrived. We started looking for the waitress and after 10 minutes of sitting up in our seats like meerkats trying to catch ANY waitresses eye to find out where ours was, I had to get up from the table, go find the hostess, ask about our server, and then wait there for a different server to come talk to me at the front. We wanted to order some more wings for our table and 2 orders of celery. So the other waitress put our order into the kitchen. Another 10 minutes later our server shows up (didnt see her anywhere for 25 minutes), and I ask where the 2 orders of celery were and she was surprised and said "they didnt bring it out yet?". And then went and got us 1 (not 2) orders. Why would it be the kitchens job to bring us our order and not hers? By the time the wings did get to us we just wrapped them up to go. I understand when a table isnt yours and you dont want to take care of them, but at least notice when 4 people at a table are looking around with their hands in the air trying to get your attention. All you have to do is acknowledge it and go get whoever is working that table. Ignoring it (especially when theres only 3 full tables in your dining room) is lazy, poor service, and training on EVERYONES part.

Ive been to this buffalo wild wings many times but mostly to drink beer and eat wings. Their wings are almost always good but dont order anything else from them. I ordered a pub burger and it came out in about 5 minutes. It was cooked through with it was ice cold in the center and warm around the edges. It had obviously been sitting around for a while and was reheated. The grilled onions were ice cold and the cheese wasnt melted. It didnt have any bacon on it like it was supposed to. Its always about 10 degrees hotter in there than any other restaurant Ive ever been in. The manager obviously doesnt care about customer comfort. I no longer go there for beer either because they never fill the glass up properly. You are lucky to get 16 ounces of beer in a tall glass because they are usually 2 inches or more below the fill line. I dumped a "16 oz" glass of beer into a "23 oz" glass once and it was about the same fill level. Im done with this place and will never be back. I recommend everyone else stay away as well.

This is the smallest BDubs I have ever been to. The first time I came in, none of my party got the celery and carrots that came with our meal after we asked three times. We also had a very long wait time even though they were not that busy. The sauce had also been dumped into the plate instead of coated on the wings. Today my fiancé and I went in, (of course not realizing the fight was on) and we were told 7 people were ahead of us, yet we saw 4 clean tables and a booth that were not sat at yet, and there were three tables that were waiting to be cleaned. The staff seemed irritated, which I understand because it was so busy, but the reaction we got when we asked about seating, especially after seeing 7 potential tables, was a bit unnecessary. This Buffalo Wild Wings needs to be re done and made larger for the area its in. I have never been to such a tiny one before! So prepare for a wait and dont expect the greatest service when you go here anytime soon.

I hate, hate going to Buffalo Wild Wings in surrounding Charlotte areas and in Charlotte, and the Gastonia location is definitely the worse. The problem is carry out. They always, ALWAYS mess up carry out and skrimp out on food. When I open the box to check my food, I had ordered a medium and instead had more of a snack size serving. There were half as many boneless wings as it was suppose to be for a medium, I specially heard the cashier say how much was suppose to be in the box when she told the cook our order. The worse part was while I was looking at my food in front of her, she got uncomfortable. She knew what happened and didnt want to be caught. Luckily for her the person I was with said it wasnt worth exchanging back. I should have said something anyway, but I sure dont eat there ever anymore. Especially with their high prices raising more every time I used to go. Find some other wing place, BWW is nowhere near worth it.

I placed a to go order and as I was sitting waiting for my food, one waitress walked by holding two glasses of beer in her hand and she raised the glass to her nose and smelled the drink thats a huge no. Also the drink area needed to be cleaned several waitress walked by and up to it to fix drinks and no one cleaned up the mess. Also another waitress placed a lemon in her naked unclean hand with the flesh of the lemon touching her hand and then placed it in the customers drink. To add I ordered some fried mushrooms and wings as I was driving away I tasted one it was not hot. The temperature of them tasted like they had cook them long before my wings were ready instead of dropping them close to when the wings were finish. Im totally dissatisfied

The waiter: Brandon was AWESOME HE DESERVES 5 Stars and a Raise. Cant say much for the establishment, we sat down at 9:50pm and our food didnt get there until 11:25pm then the manager said I could take it and pay for it or not pay for it and not take anything...the food wasnt even correct, The receipt and what Brandon took down were correct, but the cook obviously doesnt know how to read past 1st grade level, then Brandon decided to give me the food for free. This is the 2nd time that this happens, last time I sat in the booth for an hour after waving down the waitress and was ignored until I called the store from my phone while sitting at the booth. I HOPE BRANDON READS THIS AND KNOWS HE DID AN AWESOME JOB!!! THANKS!!!

We have only been to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Gastonia twice and will never return. IF you go do not get a waiter named Heather. Food sucks, very dry and felt cheap, and they cant tell the difference between a dosequis and a bud light. We got brought the wrong beer twice. We never got another vist from the waiter until the end of the meal and I was out of my tea. Plus they charged for two things of ranch when I only asked for one, and the manager came over and said you are only to be charged ranch if you order wings.. he did delete it off the bill. We will never return back.

While it was fairly busy, we walked in and were seated immediately. Our server was wonderful. She was pretty busy but very attentive. We never ran out of drinks, my street tacos arrived promptly and the Knockout punch was no joke delicious! I also ordered the mini chocolate cake but it was taking a while so when it arrived they gave me the full order slice of cake with ice cream for the delay! It was decadent and delicious! I couldnt finish it but I sure tried! Downloaded the app to start earning points and rewards per my servers suggestion! Will definitely be returning!
