I was so excited to see Buffalo Wild Wings open up in our area, being that the only real option for Wings was Quaker Steak. Its always nice to try something different, you know? Boy, was I ever wrong. I called them up to place an order for takeout and right away, I shouldve known this wasnt going to end well. The girl on the other end of the phone seemed like she had an I.Q. less than broccoli, as she couldnt comprehend anything I told her. I explained several times that I wanted an order of sweet honey BBQ wings, a split order of BBQ Wings with Caribbean Jerk, and a small order of Cheese fries. When she asked me if I wanted celery and carrots and I said yes, she had the most amazing time understanding that I wanted this for both orders and also kept asking me if I only wanted celery and not carrots. I guess telling her that I would like both just wasnt enough information. Oh well, moving on... So I get to Buffalo Wild Wings and I am behind a large, disgusting family of people who took up the very small space to enter the place (smart planning, whoever designed their building). The hostesses, three African American girls, all saw me and instead of helping me, turned away from me and started talking to themselves about nothing to do with their jobs. Nice. So then I manage to sneak around everyone and go find the counter for picking up takeout orders (also poorly placed and with no sign saying its for takeout anywhere), and the girls there looked at me like I was the biggest annoyance to them since they were born. At least the girl who brought my wings out was nice to me though. So I get home and try to eat what they cooked and honestly, it was the absolute worst pile of dog crap Ive ever got from ANY restaurant in my thirty plus years of life. There was NO BBQ on any of the wings. The Cheese fries were so old they looked like leftovers from two weeks ago. They were just one, solid congealed mass of cheese and fries. I could pick up the entire bunch of fries with two fingers... that is HOW disgusting they were! The wings themselves were also spoiled in some parts. I can tell by the meat being grossly discolored in parts that this had to be the case (and since there was NO SAUCE on my wings, it was easy to spot their deformities). The only ones that tasted any good were the Caribbean Jerk wings, but even those had barely enough sauce on them to justify their insane price. So of course I call up the manager to speak with him, but get some kind of supervisor who proceeds to get extremely defensive with me when I tell him what happened. I tell him I want my money back and he says he can cook everything himself for me. A fair offer, but I told him I just didnt feel safe getting food from their establishment since the food I received tasted like it had been thrown on the floor a few times and spit on by the employees. I dont know if they actually did this or not, but I wasnt going to take a chance that this would happen for my next order. I have known enough food service types to know what happens to people who call and complain about their orders. BUT yeah, this manager guy just didnt get it, and I proceeded to argue with him for several minutes before he finally agreed to give me my money back. No apology, no real sincerity on their behalf to make things right, nothing. Sorry Quaker Steak for doubting ya. I can honestly say I will NEVER go back to the Hermitage Buffalo Wild Wings and its a shame because I used to go every Tuesday to the one over in Niles and never had any problems with any of their wings or service. Truly deplorable and depressing. I hope they make some changes and make it fast, or else I can see this being a quick failing experiment of offering an alternative Quaker Steak.

We were very excited to see a B-Dubs come to Hermitage. Have always had a great experience at the one in Niles,Ohio. Unfortunately, this one doesnt come close to the Niles restaurant. I truly believe that the kitchen staff doesnt know how to fulfill an order from the menu. I ordered what the menu described as a Spinach salad with chopped tomatoes, bacon, Blue cheese crumbles and Blue cheese dressing. I questioned our server as to make sure it would not come out as Iceberg lettuce (since I dont care for that), and could I have any and all Blue cheese removed to be replaced with Ranch dressing. No problem---or so I was told. My salad came out as Iceberg lettuce as the base. My son ordered a side of bacon-cheese fries that were so hard- he picked them up as one piece. He told the server he thought the kitchen over nuked them melting the cheese topping. I will say my son enjoyed the Caribbean Jerk wings. The last insult was our bill. I know for a fact that Blue cheese is an expensive item. So, imagine my surprise when I was charged an extra 60 cents for Ranch dressing after saving the restaurant the cost of the Blue cheese which I didnt take. Dont believe we were go back. We will stick with Quaker Steak & Lube!!!

I went here to watch a hockey playoff game while away, the staff was pretty friendly and was very at tentative. The only "Issue" I had was them placing a party of 12 next to us when there was plenty of room elsewhere in the restaurant, the party was of course loud and made it very difficult for the 3 people and I whom I was with to communicate. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice if they could have been placed elsewhere but Im not going to knock off a star for that. All in all, a good place to go and watch pretty much any sport going on and get a decent bite to eat.

Friendly atmosphere, a ton of tvs around the dinning room. Radio is a bit loud but works for a sports bar. Food was good. Tasty, well portioned and priced. There was like twice the lettuce on my sandwich than needed - made it a little sloppy to eat, but otherwise no complaints. Wait staff was friendly. Nothing remarkable, we had 3 or 4 people check on us while eating. Wifi coverage is great.

I absolutely love this place. I love getting to watch sports and there are plenty to choose from at any time if year. The food is fantastic! I recommend the dry rub wings personally though their burgers are none too shabby either. I have always gotten water so I cant speak to the quality of their drinks.

Slow service. Food sat in the window for a good 10 minutes before being brought to us and there were only 2 other tables at 3pm. Overpriced weak drinks. Wings from the smallest chickens possible. I dont know why I even come back to bdubs. This might be the last time.

I had a great experience here. The customer service was great and very quick. The salad I got was great also. Burger my boyfriend got was great. This was our first time here and it was great. Thank you
