Bad bad bad! The service is what makes it a terrible buy. Now keep in mind that I live directly across the street from the wwc in Ayrsley and have never experienced a bad visit. But last night we went to the boardwalk and wanted to have Fridays. Well, as usual Fridays has the best wings and atmosphere, so they were jammed packed. With a long wait. So my dumb behind says lets go to wwc. Lol. We took 85 one stop up to mallard creek and went in. The place was empty as hell. I thought they were closed.. Lol. Just turns out that everyone was @ Fridays. But anyway, out server acted as if it was really painful to interact and be social with us. Her whole demeanor was off. Not sure if she didnt like us or what. But it wasnt a good vibe. Not sure if she had a long day because she did look tired, like let me outta this mofo. I guess it was slow and empty and no one was making $$$. But anyway. The wings are decent. Theyre always delivered as I request. Crunchy and well done. Not soggy and loose like buffalo ww. The mozzarella sticks I ordered tasted like the ones I buy from Sams Club. I think they are... I know taste. And theyre not unique. My boi ordered a burger with onion rings. Well they give you these big space ship looking onion rings, like theyre serving children.. Lol. He didnt even want them. Not a good experience. Again, the more adult atmosphere was packed(Fridays). Thats why we came. I cant go back to this location again. I live in Ayrsley and if I do go, Ill go to the one across the street from me.

Ive always enjoyed getting a nice big buffalo chicken salad there. I had not been at this location in years. While driving by on a Sunday my husband mention this place and I said sure why not! When we arrived we stood there for over 10 minutes waiting on a hostess. My husband had to call the restaurant just to get someone to seat us. The waitress was slow and I would have understood if there were more people there. Two people at the bar and two other tables (3 people at one and 2 people at the other) not including us. We waited and waited and right before almost walking out she finally brought us our drinks. The last time she brought us our drink (refill) was when we got the bill and we asked for two to-go teas. Chicken wings were good but my husband was sick the entire night and all day this morning. I dont recommend going to this place. My husband and I work hard 50+ hours a week and on our day off its nice to have a treat. With that being said, Id rather spend my hard earned money to a restaurant that shows to their customers they are appreciated. There was no sense in being treated like we were not welcomed. No apologies, No Thank you. Remember, customer service starts at the top and if your the manager reading this than your most likely the problem as to where it starts.

Decided to take my friend out to eat. Never tried Wild Wing before but had heard good things from other friends. We arrived and it was fairly busy for the kind of place it is. Hostess got a little tied up but got us to our seats with our menus. Waitress took our drink order and we told her we needed a minute to look over the menu. The next 30+ minutes were spent waiting on anyone that worked there to come take our order. I understand if I went out of my way to flag them down we might have gotten food but thats not my responsibility. Multiple times various employees walked by our table, looked at us and saw we had closed menus sitting off to the side then continued to walk on without bothering to ask if we had been served. I didnt even expect a different waitress to take my order but simply notice we hadnt been waited on and tell the girl over our section. I know busy nights can be strenuous but unlike some restaurants where the service is very spread, the majority of business that night was on one side of the room. Ended up having a few sips of tea before getting fed up and just going somewhere else. TL;DR Had high hopes, heard good things, but due to lack of service I cant even comment on the experience as a whole because I didnt have one.

Came here for the first time a few months back. We walked into the restaurant, but no one was there to greet us. After patiently waiting several minutes, still nothing. No one even bothered to walk in our general direction. At this point we should have just left, but I became impatient and started searching around. I finally found a waitress hiding out in the server station and only then we were able to be seated. Last night, I made the mistake of coming here again. To my surprise, a hostess was actually there this time and she got us seated. We were hungry and the restaurant was pretty much empty beside one other table and the bar. I expected the food to come out at a reasonable time, but I have never been so wrong in my life. We waited OVER ONE HOUR for one burger and 12 wings. If it was a busy weekend, I would understand, but it was a dead Monday night. There is no possible excuse. If I could give 0 stars, I would because this restaurant is a joke. Save yourself the time and trouble and DO NOT EAT HERE.

Let me start by saying that I love wild wingss wings. I usually go to the wild wings at the epicenter. Their wings are fantastic. So since I just moved to this area. I decided to give this location a try. Let me just say that these were the worst wings I ve ever had. They were over cooked and hard as a rock. Not even close to the wings that I get at the epicenter location. I called back to complain and I just so happen to get the owner on the phone. I told him that I usually go to the epicenter location an that I was trying this location out for the first time. He even accused me of lying so I sent a picture of the wings to him. He offered to cook me some more wings and refund my money. I took my money an said I didnt want the wings. I did however go back a couple of days later to give them another shot. The same thing happened the wings were horrible. I can say that the reviews are dead on about this location. Do yourself a favor dont waste your time, gas and money. This place is terrible.

This is by far my most visited bar in Charlotte. I have even recommended this place for corporate parties where I work and they have NEVER disappointed. And this is not based on one experience, we have organized multiple parties here and every single time, we have been extremely pleased with their delicious menu, service and the ambiance !!! On top of that, I am a Bears fan and love my Chicago teams and thus place is an official bears bar during the NFL season..., great selection of craft beers (bottles and draft). Most waiters here have worked 5+ years and that says something about how these guys roll... I am really surprised by some of the reviews I read here. Like in any restaurant, if you dont like your food for a legit reason, return it....but in my experience, it has mostly exceeded expectations and always good the rest of he time.... Just looked the address of this place to share with my friend to meet and saw some of this reviews and I am just scratching my head.
