I wish I could rate this with 0 stars!! This was by far the WORST restaurant dining experience that I have EVER had!! I DO NOT recommend anyone to eat here!! The service was EXTREMELY poor and UNPROFESSIONAL!! MY friends and I ate here last night and our waitress was very rude! She even told my boyfriend to "suck her dick!" She tried to hold my friends card once he gave it to her to pay for his order, also, she snatched his card out of his hand before taking it for payment. She refused to give us receipts for our orders, and we spent close to $200!! My friend even gave her a $25 tip, since she was being so rude bc he was thinking that she was probably having a bad day! They also kicked us out of the restaurant at 1:30, and told us that we couldnt stay in there even though they close at 2AM and other customers were still in there!! When we asked the managers for her name, they all replied and said "Im sorry, we dont give out any of our employees names." I am a Store Manager so I know what it means to take care of customers being that the customers are the reason why a business stays up and running! This restaurant DID NOT deserve ANY OF our business or money!! I have tried to contact their corporate office,but no one wants to respond! I will do whatever it takes to ensure that everyone is aware of the treatment and service that their nasty, horrible employees are giving. This is not how you run a business!! If need be, I will make sure this is reported to the PRESIDENT of the company! The behavior and attitude of that waitress was not necessary!! I WILL NEVER be eating here again!!

My fiancé and myself had a great experience at Wild Wing in the Vista tonight. We had some work done on our truck earlier that day. And for some reason our battery was dead when we returned to our truck after meeting with our photographer for our wedding. There was a very nice young man outside on his break that helped us. He jumped our vehicle off and helped push it out of the way of traffic. We asked several people in passing if they mind jumping us off. I have terrible anxiety and couldnt believe the amount of people who denied helping us. Wild Wing you have hired the right young man. Weezy you are greatly appreciated. My fiancé gave him our contact in case he ever needed anything in the future. You have no idea how much youve made my night. I am very grateful for your help.

Well I cant really comment on the food since I NEVER got my food. We had a group and one of our people showed up as they were bringing everyones food out, except mine. That person get their food (incorrectly actually) and mine still didnt come out. I asked the server and he then left came back and asked me what I ordered:/ told him, still no food. Told him to cancel my order and his answer to me was oh let me go tell them before they start making it...?!?!?! Not one time did anybody apologize and never saw a manager except for when she came to question one of us about a groupon. So again dont know if the food is any good but if you actually WANT food to come to your table you may want to go somewhere else.

Like any wild wing cafe, the food standard is always good. However, the service is slow, usually a second priority to everything else, and I even walked out before being seated as both hostess walked by me repeatedly. On a busy day, Im always the first to give servers and others plenty of time to get to me. Theyre busy and I understand that. But as a customer, being walked past without any acknowledgement for about 5 minutes in the front before being seated in a less than half full restaurant is very frustrating and I honestly didnt want to stick around for the rest of the experience.

The food was bland and the serving of raw fries significantly smaller and more expensive than what the competition offers; $4 should get you more than a handful of chips. I ordered the Costa Mesa salad based on the image in the menu and was sorely disappointed when my salad was mostly ice Berg lettuce when the picture clearly showed dark leafy greens. Loved the lime dressing, though. My husband was disappointed too; this must be the only wings place to not offer teriyaki and settled for the honey mustard, which was mostly syrup. Service was mediocre.

So i placed a take out order last week and when i got home and checked out my wings they were the wrong flavor. i was soo looking forward to those wings so i called WWC back and let them know my order was incorrect and they gave me a free 12 count voucher i could redeem at any time with no hassle. I came back today and redeemed it and i really appreciate the service. And how the manger and staff handled the situation!! Ofcourse it would be nice if my wings were right the first time but hey mistakes happen! Will definitely be back!!

Brian Neal made our Saturday night draft party awesome! Last year we moved our 2 yearly fantasy drafts over from buffalo wild wings due to poor service. Mr. Neal made sure we had everything and provided excellent customer service at the Harbison location. This year we moved over to the Vista location as he is now at this store and had a great time. Thanks again Brian for taking care of your customers. The company should have you running the show!

I was here on last Sunday. We ordered wings, salad, and chicken fingers. The wings had no lemon pepper flavor and were hard. My chicken fingers came out really dark. I sent it back. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and by golly the burger was dried out not the normal thick juicy burger. Place wasnt busy but we waited a long time for the food. Kinda disappointed no one responded to my complaint. Makes me feel like they dont even care.

We felt like we were interrupting the servers social hour. The servers cared more about talking to one another than to care if we were there. They would get up every 30 mins from a corner they all hung out at and check to see if we died, which could of happened and they wouldnt of cared. She asked do we need anything while our cups were just ice, oblivious to anything other than her coworkers or her phone. NEVER GOING BACK!

While visiting the restaurant during the evening two weeks ago, the kitchen manager who goes by the name mike was being very disrespectful towards staff members. This type of behavior is not acceptable within an employment atmosphere. I used to enjoy coming to this eatery with a group of my associates, but after this incident, myself and my associates will no longer frequent Wild Wings Cafe on Lady Street.

The hostess looked like shed rather be anywhere else, a real bundle of joy. Our waitress wasnt very good either, neglecting to bring any refills whatsoever. The food was great though, no complaints there. edit: I went on a Friday and received excellent service. The hostess that day was cheery, and the server was great. He was quick on the refills and quick with the check. I will definitely be back.
